I wouldnt recommend this florist for a wedding! I hired them for my wedding day. Every meeting with them felt impersonal, like I was just another transaction. On my wedding day, the flowers arrived and ALL of my 6 groomsmens boutineers were MISSING! Apparently at my final meeting, they had typed a 0 in the # column and for some reason, even though there was a full description that I needed them, they were not brought. They have someone drive back, but then only 3 were brought back! Our ceremony ended up being almost 20 minutes late because of this and we ended up taking flowers from my bridesmaids bouquets to make it work. I was never given a phone call of apology or even sent a refund for the boutineers! Not professional. The flowers looked and smelled great, but the professionalism here sadly didnt make up for it for me.

Long story short, I placed an order online to surprise my girlfriend with flowers at her work. Her work closed at 3:30 so I noted delivery for 3pm. I called to check on the status of the flowers and the florist called my girlfriend and asked her if she had received her flowers. Completely ruining the surprise. The flowers didnt arrive until 3:50pm. AND the florist refused to do anything about it except issue me a refund for the $15 delivery fee. Pretty terrible customer service and delivery service.

They got there fast however! my bill was close to a hundred dollars and they sent my friend (chose the florist pick option which was obviously a huge mistake) nothing but a few carnations and daisies. Its the smallest most pathetic arrangement Ive ever ordered in my life and I would certainly never order from them again. Its clearly my own fault for trusting in the florist. Wont happen again.

I love Dundalk Florist, it is an awesome family owned shop. You can see the closenss of the employees and how much they really like to be there. I can spend hours in the store, they have so much more than flowers. I buy all my plants there always fo there to send flowers for any occasion. I would never go to another florist, I highly recommend them. It is a great place!

Highly recommend. Last minute order for bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquet, 3 buttoniere, 2 corsage, and basket of rose petals. Ordered items didnt arrive and found Dundalk Florists open on a Sunday with available white roses. Essex Florists suggested them to me as they were closed on Sundays. I arrived at 8:30 am and left at 10:30 am with everything. Life savers!

I deal with them on a regular basis I have never received bad service. This local business really takes pride in everything they do. I have dealt with other local businesses to whom I would never go back because of their customer service. Dundalk florist is great, I keep up the great work guys.

I have lived in the Dundalk for 15 years and have been dealing with Dundalk Florist and I have always gotten wonderful service from them, they have everything you could need for any occasion. I buy all my spring flowers from there plus many other items through out the year. :)
