Disappointing first (and last) experience. I was told the store would match any online price better than theirs. When I found one and brought it in I was told it wouldnt be honored -- even though the item was brand new from a legit ebay retailer. They did offer me a 15% discount "instead", but still not as good as the online offer. This is the classic "bait and switch" gimmick that sleazy car salesmen use: get the customer to come in with a special offer which, alas, turns out to not be good for some technical reason. Then a second offer is made, which is not as good as the first. They are banking on a gullible customer, who has already made a decision on the product, to take the second offer which still sounds "good". It didnt work on me...sorry. The store personnel all seem to be very young and inexperienced so I want to offer some business advice: the bait and switch is just plain bad for business: The customer feels tricked, and will most likely not shop there ever again. They may even rush right home and write a scathing online review. Would the store have lost a litle money by honoring their original offer? Probably, initially...but then the happy customer will be back again and spend more money because they had a good experience. Happy customers become regular, REPEAT customers. Will the store lose MORE money due to the customer never coming back and telling others about the experience? Definitely. That said -- its an attractive store and the glasswork there is phenomenal. The salespeople are very friendly and knwoledgeable. With a little more experience and attention to customer satisfaction, they will probably do well. But, I probably wont be one of their customers.

If youre just looking for your pot needs, go ahead. Unfortunately theyre also trying to be an ecig shop. And there they fail. Products are sub par and grossly over priced. 3-4 times average cost. Employees know nothing about the devices, and they love ripping you off. I went in there looking for a new coil for my protank. They had one that looked exactly like it, and told me that not only was it the right one, but if it turned out it wasnt id get my money back. It wasnt the right one. I went in an hour later and they refused to refund me. Offering me instead store credit. But the only thing they had for that price was rolling papers... when I said im not a smoker they told me "thats not my problem". Horrible establishment and atrocious business practices

Excellent selection and staff is very friendly. Most items are available and if not can be ordered Im sure. Shop is in a nice location. Prices seemed good to me. Socked at how inexpensive some items were so I didnt walk out empty handed at all. Supper tall employee was a huge help and really nice.

Love this shop! Traveled down from the Rochester area to check it out, definitely worth the drive. The staff is great, very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be making the trip again.

Very helpful staff even though they were admittedly not the vape specialists. Great selection of e-juice and vape products. They have tanks filled with juice ready for you to test on the counter.

Great store! The Commons has around 6 or 7 headships and this is by far the best. Every time I stop in there is something new and exciting. The staff is super friendly and know their $#*!

ive been to both stores...top notch glass and service...some of the best glassblowers have work on display there...each location had live glass blowing as well which is nasty
