I have been going to Anna Re for years now. Their service is second-to-none. They have a great selection of Pandora, RRx, Endless and Wind & Fire (just to name a few). Also a quick turn-around time on watch repair. The staff are so friendly, personable and extremely helpful with suggestions.

Plain and simple they are rude and nasty. I dont know who I spoke to but she needs to work on her customer service skills. I was never offered a free estimate when me and my husband inquired how much the repair would be. I will never walk in there again nor will I ever refer anyone there.
