My fiancee recently got my engagement ring there and I loved it so much... and they were so highly referred, we went to get our wedding rings there as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They took the time to show us several and I mean several rings! When I couldnt find what I wanted, they took out their books and went through page by page and section by section while making suggestions. They really know their products. Charlie was amazing and offered great discounts. I would definitely go back again!

Branford Jewelers is amazing! Charlie and his staff are incredibly professional and friendly. They are the only jeweler I trust! From new pieces to repairs, they are the best. They have gone above and beyond to make every piece the best. For example, replacing stones with larger and/or better quality at no additional cost to insure what leaves their store is the most beautiful piece it can be! You wont find better quality or integrity anywhere!

I highly recommend Branford Jewelers! I brought in three rings I had inherited from my grandmother. Charlie and his staff designed custom rings and earrings using the stones and created the most beautiful pieces. They were professional, understanding, and accommodating, and re-did the rings until I was happy. The end product is absolutely gorgeous!

Good selection of quality merchandise. Knowledgeable and professional staff takes care of customers. But woe unto you if you are looking for service for a watch or jewelry purchased elsewhere - you will be treated very shabbily indeed!

Wasteed my time. I called to see about a watch band being out on my watch. I told the lady on thee phone it was a smart watch. She tells me to come in just to tell me to order a band online. Never come here. They will waste your time.
