This is the second time that Ive been to Acme. If I had reviewed it the first time, I would have given it about 2 stars, because they were as overpriced as the A&P used to be. I went in there today to shop for a few things. The lighting in the store is so much better then when it was the A&P (bright now). The prices are now comparable to Shoprite and Stop and Shop. The best part is that they have items that you cant find in this area or that are far more expensive in other stores (such as Kicking Horse Coffee...also available in Target for $10.99, Adams $12.99...., but $9.99 in Acme). Id recommend shopping at Acme to my friends and family

Prices are not consistent. Too high on this item but low on that. In the end, you dont save much. Often out of product. Havent had pork shoulder in over a week. Inattentive workers. Just try to get help at the butcher counter (bring a sleeping bag).

I would give this dump a 0 if I could. Shelves are never stocked. When they are stocked, its with expired products. God forbid they ever have more than 2 registers open at a time and employed anyone that has half a working brain. BRING BACK A&P!!!!!!!

Nice clean local supermarket. Other supermarkets in the area have a bit more variety, but this one is at a convenient location for Hopewell Junction residents.
