Life is an adventure especially when this is your everyday market. Yes, it smells very fishy when you walk in and the seafood display has more unsettling variety than the New York aquarium (gooeyduck anyone?). But the meat is very fresh and at a great price. Everything in the market really is a deal except the "Western" goods but then, why would you need those when you can buy things you dont even remotely understand? Definitely worth visiting and coming back to if you enjoy the adventure!

Not as good as the Flushing supermarkets, but its excellent as long as thats not your point of comparison. Everything is implausibly cheap and there is pretty much everything you could want to make Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, or Filipino food. Not sure about Western staples as I never went here for that.

Asian supermarket which stocks a lot of asian sauces, spices and snacks. Vegetables are fresh, but the store smells of fish when you walk right in. Feels unhygienic in the fresh produce/meat section but hey, thats your authentic asian market for ya. Great selection of ramen!!

The place stinks like hell (as Asian markets usually do), but this was my first market when I came to NYC. This place has tons of awesome goodies which kept me coming back.

A lot of variety in Chinese goods. We go here for the fruit as it often has better taste than the other stores in the area. Not very nice in appearance or service though.

Dirty dirty store. Filthy fish department with dirty tanks, muddy floor and rude workers. They sell illegal products--endangered turtles. I called health department.

Very over crowded place. I go to buy fresh fish and vegetables bcoz its fresh...but never buy chicken as the display is always messed up..looks untidy n not fresh.

Chinese grocery store decent fish and meat selection....crab and shrimp are good. Lots of fresh vegetables and a few aisles of goods. Price is average.
