terrible experience. everyone is so grumpy and moody. most of the people dont care about their jobs and waste time instead of putting stuff out for us to buy. we have to wait long queue times on the deli and the produce section is constantly empty and we have the overpriced beef and pork sections. I peeked inside the backroom and its filthy, the floors were covered in black gunk. All the food was on the filthy floor. Thank god Northshore Farms is coming next to my home, now I can forget this miserable dump. People reading this, you will think of this store like garbage. You will agree with me. Nobody will help you they only care about themselves. I thought white people were humble. Its a disgrace to my kind. When Northshore Farms opens a store every go to that store and skip this dump.

OH HELL NO I been name called and put down by these nutcracks from the meat clerks. Im a f-ing customer, I asked a question nicely and I expected to receive a answer nicely. But nooo they had to call me a moron because I asked them a "stupid" question. Embarrassing me in front of my wife and children. Never again Im coming back here ever again. I dont care if it is 1 block or 10 steps from my house. This experience just did it for me. NOT COOL! DO NOT BUY THE SALAD BAR, THE TO TORTELLINI AND ALL THE PASTAS IS OILY AND GREASY. MY GRANDMOTHERS PASTA IS NOT EVEN GREASY AND IF YOU ARE A TRUE ITALIAN LIKE ME, THIS IS FAKE

lots of items are overpriced, paid $3 for chocolate sprinkles in a small container...problem is there is no competition as of right now...the help is not good rude at times. Cant even by chocolate ice cream cause there is none...have every flavor but chocolate..and the manager never smiles...cant wait for whole foods to come in...oh and I forgot the deli line which takes 20 minutes to get called on...poorly run.

Customer service girl is rude. One of the Cashier lady, I have a grudge on. I cant even go into her lane anymore. All the clerks except cashiers are nice. The manager is not so good. He will stare at you when you come in, he did so in multiple occasions. There are pretty cool and helpful produce, seafood, grocery, and meat clerks.

Organic products available of: poultry and cold cuts(by the veg), sweet& regular potatoes, stonyfield yogurt, eggs. Some organic produce. Open until 9pm currently- 8/15/2017. At check out ask for the "store card"- the cashier will use it to grant store discounts to you if you dibtbhave keyfood card

I just moved to this area from Forest hills and this key food is like a dream compared to the one where I used to live, the deli and self serve are top notch. The bottom line is, if you want a nice clean supermarket with (at least in my experience) friendly staff this is the place.

They make the most delicious Cuban sandwiches, and empanadas during lunch time. They usually start around 11am. You better get their first though because they run out fast.

plenty good... fish monger knows his stuff but little bit short. and gets offended if you ask if its fresh. which kinda makes sense.
