Ive gone here over the years for my tobacco related needs. They have a massive selection of tobacco (RYO and Filtered), Cigars, E-Liquid and Sheesha. However, like another user mentioned, they follow you continuously (whilst talking on their cell-phones). Their selection of glassware is shoddy, at best, overpriced. Their vaporizer pens are, for the most part, all relatively overpriced and Chinese knock-offs. I recently purchased a new tank (fashioned after the Kangertech T3 tank) for my vaporizer. Shaped as though it has the e-Go threading with the 510 cartomizer threading. It was a bad knockoff and it didnt work. First, they wouldnt give me a return because they said I put liquid in it, therefor it wasnt new. I pointed out that it would have been impossible to know it was broken unless I filled it. He then tried to claim my vaporizer pen had an empty charge, thus the fault lay with me. Then he said they would only replace the tank, not refund it because that was their policy. I explained that it would be one thing, had I simply not liked the product and wanted to return, but this product was defective! It It took me 10 minutes of arguing to have my money refunded. The tank cost $11.99 (extremely overpriced for a vape tank knockoff costing them ~$2 ), with tax $13.53 (give or take). **They only returned a flat $13 to my account... bad business ethics.

Unbelievable!!! This place has absolutely everything you need for a hookah, or if your a Cigar aficionado.... Including a smoking lounge..It is also a head-shop (tabacco only lol)... Unbelievable glass work... They even sell a gasmask bong. There is also a deli in the actual store so its not only huge and has a lounge but it also has food. So you dont ever have to leave.

DO NOT EVER BUY ANY WAX PENS FROM THIS PLACE. IF THEY DONT WORK THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I BOUGHT A DR DABBER AURORA AND IT IS DEFECTIVE. ALSO ALL THE WAX PENS HAVE MIXED ACCESSORIES. HORRIBLE PLACE AND HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

My friend bought a vape yesterday and then j came back today they hooked me up and added some stuff in for free. They didnt hook up my friend yesterday they gave him new flavor they help me set up my vape . This is the only place I go to for hookahs and hookah accessories and I live miles away .. I give it 5 stars

If youre looking for cigars look elsewhere. Their humidor is waaaay over humidified! So much so that there are droplets of moisture inside the glass cases and most of their Liga privadas were moldy. To make a bad cigar shop worse, they store their acid cigars next to their padron annaversario

The staff here are rude and obnoxious. Their cigars are moldy. They keep there humidor more like a sauna then a proper humidor. And they have quite a few counterfeit products! Avoid at all costs! There are better shops right up the road!

The service was great and they have a large selection of merchandise. If you buy a vape or a hookah or buy two or three hookah flavors they work with you with the price. This is a good business.

Best hookah spot around. They have pipes that are rare to find in any other shops. Best flavors and brands. They have all up-to-date products which you do not see in much places anymore.
