So, I decided to go in and browse around this shop to see what they have to offer. I know quite a few people that "Vape" so for future gifting ideas, I went in. I was absolutely appauled at the amount of smoke that was in there! There were half a dozen young men sitting around, all vaping, in addition to the employees. I couldnt see through the thick cloud in there. My eyes began burning and watering. I needed to just leave. I seriously needed immediate fresh air. I couldnt believe the amount of smoke! And that not even one of them was inspired enough to consider ventilation!! I had to leave the store before even making it to the 3 minute mark. Although I was seriously put off by my first experience, I decided to give it another try. A few weeks later I went in again. It became obvious immediately that there had been a very recent Vape session. There was a layer of fog hanging in the air. Not nearly as bad as the last time, but still significant. I was able to stand it long enough to look around. A staff member approached, and offered assistance relatively quickly. He was pleasant and friendly. I believe his name is Dustin. I made a purchase of a few gift items and left. I have been back to the shop several times for various gifts. I have to say that out of the possibly 10 times I have gone in since the first 2, 6 out of 10 times I had to leave the shop before the front door even closed because of the unbelievable amount of smoke in there! Im surprised that the smoke alarms arent set off! I do understand that they sell the vapor items there, and promoting them is a big part. However; to not have ventilation while demonstrating / sampling their products, and creating suck thick clouds in the store that literally choke people, burn their eyes, and lungs, is simply not good business. I have found several employees to be rude, and uninterested in answering questions as well. Ive had eyes rolled, condescension, and shortness from one particular employee. Although the shop is local and convenient, I am looking in to finding another shop. I think it will be worth it to find one that I can see and breathe in. And one with better prices that dont seem to change customer to customer! Which was also something that happened on a visit! To each his own.. But a gas mask & goggles may be a good idea if youre planning a trip to New Milford Smoke & Vapor. C.Z.

young kids running the show .Tylers alright but what is it a business or a hangout. the heavy set guy is rude and was talking crap in the back because he screwed me on my purchase and I called them on it. he acted clueless . screw these guys. never again I will make the extra drive to danbury and give my business to people who appreciate it . I will never recommend this store to a soul .

Theyre customer Service is terrible . I came in theyre trying to learn about vaping and both mangers didnt talk to me that much about it unless I spent money to buy it . They werent helpful at all and seemed very rude . Dont come here and they need more happy workers cause they didnt seem thrill at all and didnt wanna help me out. Worst smoke shop EVER !

WORST SMOKE SHOP EVER. Staff is rude and abrasive, opposed to being helpful and friendly they blew second hand vape smoke in our face and stared at their phones! We were the most low maintenance customers and were ready to spend some money on expensive vapes but left feeling offended. Never going here ever again

Alex and Dustin are very knowledgable when it comes to vaporizers they helped me build a really nice rig I assembled myself. Huge selection of juices at reasonable prices. I will definately be going back soon.
