HMart is more than an Asian supermarket. They have a bakery and food court too. The best part is that the prices are reasonable and the food is freshly prepared. You can choose from Chinese, Korean or Japanese cuisine. There is also a bubble tea shop, my favorite although they are a bit pricey ($5.95 for one). You can order almost any flavor that you might imagine and itll be tasty. The store itself is well labeled which makes finding ingredients rather easy. I had never seen such a variety of rice and seaweed before in one store as well as a couple types of sushi fish. My one disappointment was that I could not order a smaller portion of the cut sushi fish. Overall, I look forward to shopping there in the near future.

Please bring back the original HMart! Their opening a few years ago was a thrill but things have gone downhill since. BE CAREFUL with the produce but enjoy the wonderful Asian food court. Notice that most of the great reviews are from long ago. Their produce is very poor sometimes! Many items seem defrosted and have freezer burn including avocados, oranges, ginger, lemons and more. They look ok until you take them home and slice into them the next day. And try complaining about this: customer service might give you the stare from hell. I returned some items and my money was SLAPPED down on the counter. We need to complain so that they reverse course and stop taking advantage of us.

Love H mart, definitely raised the bar among all the Asian groceries in town. Best fish market around, huge variety ranging from tasty cheap frozen basa swai to good sushi grade tunas and salmon, cheapest lobsters too. They had live shrimps which I have never seen around here before. The guys behind the counter dont do an amazing amazing job cleaning the fish but with the huge volume they go through on weekends I dont blame them. The produce is great, big variety, low price, very seasonal, you got to be careful to pick the ones you want out of the huge piles. Not crazy about the food court but love the food counter in the back by the kimchi.

Tried to return milk that went bad and which I had bought the previous day. HMART tried to make that my problem and suggested I should take a better look at the expiration date (btw: the milk was not yet expired). They do not feel that it is their responsibility to pay attention to expiration dates upon stocking shelves - its the customers, at least thats what I was told. These guys should take a course in customer service down the road at a place called Trader Joes! HMART is dead to me!

If convenience means a supermarket sized selection of fresh, prepared, packaged and ready to eat goods, this is certainly convenience. Quality Korean, and other asian items. Fresh fish, fresh produce including a few organic selections at good prices, kim chees and other prepared vegetables, lots of seaweed, shroom and noodle selections. If you want any asian groceries, this place is for you. Go on weekends for sampling that blows Costco away.

Amazing!!! Surprised to see H-Mart in Westchester. There is one also opening up on Central Park Ave in Yonkers where the Mcdonalds/Wendys is, thats literally a walk away, but i still will be at Hartsdale alot, i enjoy it. I cant tell you how much it sucked going from Scarsdale NY all the way to Flushing Queens to get stuff most american supermarkets dont have. thanks H-Mart :D

This place is an Asian food mecca! If youre looking to explore Asian culinary culture, start here! Every type of noodle, Asian food ingredient, from Asian produce to prepared meals, is at H Mart! The grocers even has a food court with 3 restaurants: Korean, Japanese and Chinese! I tried the daily Japanese restaurant special of Green Curry and it was wonderful!

Def fell off a little since there opening, but every business does in some fashion... They usually carry my preferred drink/tea of choice, matcha green tea, only place around here that has something semi suitable for when I run out of the ceremonial grade tea I order. For that you get 4 stars..Not to mention the only place i can buy durian fruit..

Ive been to 4 branches of the H Mart and am a fan of all. veggies, fish are fresh and frozen foods are quality, they most of the other Asian countries culinary condiments and goods for sale such as Korean, Chinese, Philippine and Vietnamese. They have taste test tables on Sundays. yummy desserts, breads and coffee in their in-house bakery.

My whole family loves this place. My kids love seeing the live fish swimming around. We buy fresh sashimi grade salmon here, and make our own sushi. The variety of Asian cuisines is really awesome. We always get our fish sauce for Thai food here. And the Japanese Gatsby hair wax is the best hair product I have ever used.

Biggest H-mart Ive ever seen. Big selection of prepared food (hot & cold). Fresh produce, live seafood, good selection of meat. The prices for seafood & meat are low compared to other American markets. There are also fast food Asian stand within the store. Great place to shop for a big family or single :)

The atmosphere is nice. The staffs are efficient and friendly. I also like that it has a cafeteria with a selection of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese food. The con is that I can find most of the stuff there; it would be nice if they can introduce more veggies like those you can find in Chinatown.

Be carefull with the fruits. I just bought them today and they were all bad in the middle. The blackberry were all with White hairs "rotten" if I didnt check them my kids were going to eat them. Its a shame cause they used to sell fresh fruits now I see this bad stuff in a lot of their fruits.

This place is awesome. The noodles, the fish, the hot pepper paste. We go all the time for the experience. My kids love the samples and have to try everything. I like the Korean appetizers and the beer selection. And the veggies. This has turned into my fave supermarket in Westchester

This place is like disney land for the taste buds. I could spend the whole day walking around, tasting at the many tasting stations, and taking in all the wonderful colors, and textures that make up Asian cuisine. Their fish is very fresh, and their selection is very good.

Finally in Westchester, before we used to go in Queens to buy this kind of stuff. The quality of meat is better than in any other supermarkets. Decent prices and is fully loaded with merchandise, very fun to browse for out of ordinary. Will highly recommended.

They have very nice fish and you can get everything you need to make Korean food. The one in Boston I found is actually closer to where I live in CT, so I go there now. We make a run every time we need to make a fresh batch of kimchi.
