I swear its hit or miss with any sephora these days. Sometimes the service is great but recently its been trash. Not welcoming at all. I walked around the store for 15 minutes looking at different products and not one associate greeted me or asked if I needed assistance. Although the store was virtually empty I was walked past several times and blatantly ignored as a women shopping with her boyfriend was offered helped and I was not even though we were literally standing right next to each other and looking at the same brand! I planned to restock my Nars collection during this trip but the lack of customer service really upset me. I dont think Ill be shopping at this sephora again even if it means I have to order makeup online from the brand.

I asked Roman to help me match my foundation color. I told him initially that I would like to try Stilla and Naked. He tried to match my color IQ and said the machine wasnt working so he began testing shades on my skin. Unfortunately he was expecting a much more enthusiastic response than I would ever produce. I asked him to try the Stilla and he grabbed a coworker to replace him. Looking at my skin in natural lighting Now and the color doesnt match my neck its much more red and darker than my neck. Ive had better, quicker, more helpful service in the past. I would take it back because I look ridiculous but I dont have the energy to deal with them.

It was awful, no one greeted me or helped me at all!! And when I did ask for help the guy who worked there acted like I interrupted him. I asked him a question about a product and he said "I think you just answered your own question." Thanks pal for all of your hard work!!!! Also, the the shelves were not stocked and they were out of a lot of stuff. Not impressed at all! If you work in a customer service field, then treat people with respect!!!!

Never anyone around when I go there. The employees are always MIA. Once, an employee came over from JC Penny to ring my order after I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for a Sephora employee to show up. Last time I was there, I couldnt find my favorite eyeliner. When I asked, I was told that location no longer carries it. Ended up finding it at Ulta, so thats where Ill be shopping from now on.

They never have anything in stock in the employees never know what the new items are that are coming into their store and its frustrating because they work there and if youre in to make up you should know was coming to your store and the manager Roman is very rude

Roman did my granddaughters makeup for her Jr. Prom. He was great with her and listened to what she wanted. The makeup was age appropriate and she looked like a Princess. Thank you for hiring such a well trained and friendly person.
