This place was horrible! Their dresses are pageant gowns so dont expect to find something for a formal occasion. Most of the dresses are loaded down with sequins. I went in there to find a bachlorette party dress, for my own bachlorette party, and found what I thought would be perfect for the once in a lifetime event. I was wrong. before the night even got started I noticed a string hanging off the dress, the string of sequns pulled right off taking the whole row (the entire length of the dress) off they were not sewn down, before the night even began there were long patches of dress that were not covered and the dress itself looked worn and frayed.I paid close to 300 for a short dress so I decided to bring it back to see if I could get store credit since I had removed the tags. The owner was horrible to me. She gave me attitude and told me that I probably had never worn sequins before. She also said I insulted her by saying the dress was poor quality (i think the half falling apart dress spoke for itself). After heated arguments she said she would try to sew some of the sequins back on, two weeks later I walked in to get my dress that hadnt been touched. The people are rude, tacky, and have no idea what quality is. Save yourself some time and frustration and dont shop here!

I fell in L-O-V-E with this fabulous boutique. I am totally new to the Wilmington area, and I chose this store because they had a gorgeous (I am serious, truly gorgeous) white eyelet lace wedding dress displayed in the window, with a pink sash... aaaah soooo pretty - but I digress. Anyway, I am a true southern woman, so I have a deep passion for a good Mimosa. I was greeted at the door by a warm and friendly lady and gentleman. I was offered my choice of wine or a Mimosa (definitely chose the Mimosa)... anyway - I sipped on the Mimosa and tried on the dress. Both the dress and the drink AND the customer service were a delight. I cant imagine shopping anywhere else. PLUS - the dress was on sale, for like 30% off. I cant tell you the last time I was offered a tasteful adult beverage to sip on while I shopped. This was AWESOME customer service, and I havent felt so catered too in over a decade of shopping... I am obviously a seasoned shopper ; ) Anyway, I would recommend Isabella Grape Boutique to ALL. It was such a memorable event. I was overjoyed with the entire experience. WONDERFUL! Bethany.

Sooooo glad to have finally moved from Dallas, Texas to Charlotte, NC. At least now, Im only a few hours drive from Isabella Grape Boutique!! The owners here have an intuitive sense of whats going on in formal wear, and the boutique is just enchanting! The last time I was in, I was there forEVER just pouring over the goodies that are available. The quality of the gowns is impeccable and the customer service is unsurpassed. Bravo! Cant wait to visit again sometime soon! Isabella Grape, Here I come!!

Very rude service. As soon as we walked in we were given the impression we were not welcome in the store. Customers came in while we were shopping, and left because they didnt want to wait, and we were blamed for their leaving because we were taking up time. John (I think was his name) was very kind and helpful, but the man working with him (Keith) made us feel very unwelcome. He also talked poorly about other uncomfortable customers who left before us. I wish we had read reviews before we came.

Weird experience. First off it was a man helping me pick out a dress, he told my husband he would have to wait while he took me back. It smelled of smoke, he asked for my budget, gave me something extremely over my budget, and he was offended when we said we are leaving. Something felt very off I would not comfortable trying on a dress in their dressing rooms.

Just left this store, was looking forward to looking for a prom dress with my friend. The second we walked in, we expierienced nothing but rudeness. First off the store is hard to find, second we were told that even though we are both 18, we have to our mothers with us to even try on or look at the dresses. Its a shame that theyd turn away business like that.

Went with my friend to get her a dress, walked in and thought there is only about 10 dresses in here then they open the door and its dress heaven, dont let it fool you. They are very nice people, and I enjoyed being in there.
