Completely unprofessional service. The manager Rosa is completely disrespectful, rude and arrogant. My daughter had a 10 am appointment on a Rainy day. The office was closed. My daughter waited there for over 30 minutes and then left. I called the office at 12:30 pm spoke with Rosa and expressed my frustration about my daughter waiting over 30 minutes for an appointment. She was very arrogant and stated that my daughter shouldnt have come out in the rain. Rosa then indicated that she would not risk her life to make an appointment. I specifically stated to Rosa her handling of this situation was completely unprofessional and all patients should have been called in advance if the office was going to be close or have a delayed opening. She then became more upset and stated that other patients canceled their appointments and my daughter should have too. I told her that the least she could have done was give patients a call when they arrived and rescheduled the appointments, but she felt that was unnecessary. I told her my daughter waited over 30 minutes and Rosa indicated they got there at 10:20 am which she did not. I attached a screenshot where my daughter called me at 10:24am to tell me the office was still closed. She also stated that my daughter is a liar. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As long as Rosa is the office manager do not go to this establishment. There is not another manager to speak with, only her. This is the type of personnel this doctor office hires. Do not go here.

Terrible service. Staff is rude. You pay all this money for a prescription and glasses and they wont even provide you with basic presciption information. I asked for a copy of my prescription to pick up after work and they gave me the wrong presciption. A few months later I asked for my PD value as it was missing on my prescription. I wanted to order a pair of glasses online and they told me they dont supply that information and how it was "my problem". They didnt have an issue taking my money though to pay for my eye exam. Will never go back again! Buyer beware.

Terrible service, tried to rush us out the door. Kept telling me I was wrong about how the glasses felt. For the crazy expensive prices I expected better basic service. Considering the plethora of quality places in the area I would think they would want repeat business. They wont have mine or my familys.

Omg theyre the WORST eyeglasses store ever!!! Way too EXPENSIVE, and they take too long to acknowledge your presence. Last time going there!
