I have never shopped at Wize Eyes before until I accident broke my dads glasses down the middle and needed to get him another pair. I heard from friends that Wize Eyes has the best deals for the name brands you want to get. My dad is a stickler for getting the best deal and will not accept getting expensive glasses no matter who broke them. So anyways, I took my dad with me to Wize Eyes at their new location on Sunrise Highway and shopped around for a little. About 30 seconds upon arriving a sweet girl with blondish hair asked if there was anything in particular that I was looking for. I told her that I broke my dads glasses and needed a nice new pair but at a fair price. Boy I really annoyed her because I made her show me everything LOL! She was so sweet and knew what she was talking about with each pair and eventually I made a decision with my dad. The girl at the front was so sweet and patient with me which was nice to see in a store. Usually you go into stores and the people just let you browse without showing you anything. You could tell that the girl really wanted us to pick a pair that my dad would really like. Now I know where to go for my Fathers Day gift! Definitely recommend to anybody who wants a great deal, great service, and great brands.

I went to this location 2/13/2012. The guy behind the counter was rude to me and his receptionist. The exam overall was quick. All I needed was my prescription to order my contacts and glasses online. They where pushy and kept asking why I wouldnt order through them. Then upon me ordering my contacts they told the rx team I wasnt a patient and they had no record of me ever going there so I had to fax my prescription and receipt to them as proof when they called them back to confirm wise eyes then told them I was a patient but then said my prescription that they written for me was wrongand my order was denied luckily when I called customer service of my contacts provider they approved it with the proof I had no help to wise eyes at all and I was able to place my order.

I have been to this location on several occassions and find both the employees and the selection superb. On numerous occassions I have been helped by Jeffrey who has been both knowledgeable and extremely professional. They have been instrumental in helping me to get my 4 year old daughter to wear her glasses as their selection of kids frames was perfect. They were also extremely patient in dealing with the whoms of a 4 year old. I am a current resident of Westchester, but am very happy to take an hour plus ride in the car in order to visit Wize Eyes for not only my glasses, but my wifes and daughters as well.

I have been to almost EVERY optical store on Long Island; cohens, cheapers peepers, davis vision, costo, bjs.... this is BY FAR the best customer service and prices I have ever seen. I got a beautiful pair of Coach eyeglasses and the price was literally 40% less than they quoted me at Cohens for the same EXACT product. The staff is funny, helpful, friendly, and all-in-all, so pleasurable. I even have a big phobia of doctors and the optometrist really put me at ease and was so personable and funny. Ill never go anywhere else!!

I have been to several optical stores on Long Island including Cohens and Wize Eyes, and I have to say that not only is the customer service at Wize Eyes better than Cohens, but they also have a better selection and better prices. I dealt with Jeff when I went in to Wize Eyes and he provided great service, feedback and helped me to find a great style of sunglasses to fit my face. I would definitely recommend Wize Eyes to anyone who needs prescription eyeware.

I did a little research about Wize Eyes before I went there. The reviews werent great but I decided to give it a try anyway. I was very happy with the customer service I was presented with and needless to say I bought a pair of glasses that I am in love with. Not only are the glasses great but the price was even better!
