BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM EXTREME DISCOUNT MATTRESS! Very poor product quality. 1st mattress I ordered was ripped. I do not know if this was the delivery guys or just poor quality control where they are made. 2nd mattress was missing about a foot of springs and padding along one side of the bed. It collapsed when I sat on the edge of the bed. I am only 210lbs. The prices are not a lot less compared to other competitors. I paid 1300 for an Oakfield Firm mattress and box spring from Extreme Discount Mattress of terrible quality. (see above for description) I bought a Sealy Posturepedic Plus Deveraux Firm Mattress for the same price from the Mattress Firm! Quality is incredible. No flaws. Super comfortable. Take forever to deliver your bed compared to other competitors. Extreme Discount Mattress does not call you to schedule delivery for 7-10 days after they take your money. It took them 2 weeks to deliver my mattress. Mattress Firm gave me a delivery date the same day I paid for my mattress. My mattress arrived 7 days later. Disorganized, Poor Customer Service, Unreliable. Rick, the Operations Manager from Extreme Discount Mattress told me that they lost my order. After I gave them my name, what I ordered, the date I ordered it, my phone number and my address, they claimed they found it. Funny how this is ALL of the information that is on my order form. There is no invoice number or identifying order number anywhere on my carbon copy for anyone to reference. No caller ID or multiple phone lines so the phone is busy A LOT all day. The phone numbers funnel into one main number. Nobody can do anything for you without Rick who is only in the office sometimes. When he is out of the office, nobody is delegated his authorization or access, thus causing a longer wait for the customer if there are any issues. Nobody is ever going to call you back other than Rick, when he is in the office. The truck broke down thus causing a longer delivery time. They also showed up on the wrong day. Does not care about the customer. You may think, wow, that is a lot to go through with a company. They should definitely do something significant to make up for their screw ups and convince the customer to shop with them again. NOPE! They only thing Rick could do for me was offer me a $50 credit, swap out my bed a third time or give me a full refund. This has been the worst company I have ever done business with. Extreme Discount Mattress has less customer service, less reliability, less organization, less quality control and less customer focus. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I will never buy a mattress from this company again. Although the sales associate was nice, the purchasing process was annoying. The sales associate took forever to finalize my purchase. I knew which mattress I wanted with 15 minutes yet I was at the store for over an hour. I was also told that my mattress would arrive by a certain date. Well, the sales associate wrote "on/after said date" even though she told me I would have the mattress by said date. When I received a call from the delivery driver about when I would be getting my mattress, he advised that I would not be getting my mattress on the date as promised. He told me that "it wouldnt even be possible because the mattress wasnt even in the warehouse". When I called the sales associate back to figure out when the heck my mattress was actually going to arrive she advised that she would call the delivery driver and then call me back. Welp, still havent received a call back from the sales associate and when I call the number she provided me, the line is busy. Oh, and the sales associate also told me that the delivery driver would give me a two hour window of when I should expect my mattress. Well, the driver gave me a three hour window instead. Im extremely annoyed with this company and the inconvenience they have caused me. I have to use vacation time to make sure Im home for the delivery and I still have no clue what date it will actually arrive. I would not recommend this company. I was trying to save some money but next time Ill go somewhere else.

I have never felt so taken advantage of or felt ripped off before as much as when I bought my mattress set from Xtreme discount mattress on Transit Rd. E Amherst. I end up spending over $2,000 on a new gel cooled memory foam mattress and box spring. I ordered a California king because I am 65". I spend another $120 to get a stain guard because their so called warranty on it is void if the mattress itself gets a stain. Apparently the California king stain guard is a very in demand item because it took over 2 months to get to me. That being said the seams started ripping on the sides of this mattress within the first 2 months. That same night I spill a very small amount of water on the bed where it leaves a water stain. I call my salesman because he seemed like a good guy not judging by appearance. I explain that after this rediculous amount of time I still dont have a stain guard and the seams are ripping but I spilled some water on it that left about a half dollar sized stain. His response is that we can bring the mattress in for them to inspect but because it has that water stain it wouldnt be covered. I should of known better. I tell everyone I know not to go to there.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Extremely disappointed with this company so far! I purchased a queen mattress and frame at your Batavia store on 2/22/17. The salesperson David asked when I would like to pick it up and I said that Saturday, 2/25. He said, that it would be there. Got rid of my old bed, got a friend to meet me there with a truck on 2/25 and was told the mattress was sold out. Apparently David didnt check if they had it in stock and no one bothered to call me to tell me they were sold out. Then, I was told they would get a shipment in that week so I called that week and was told the shipment would be on Tuesday. Today is Tuesday, I called and now they are saying the end of the week! In the meantime, no one has bothered to call to tell me about the delays, I just find out every time I call. Its been 13 days now that Ive been sleeping on my couch and STILL no mattress! Poor customer service and I would not recommend this store to any one!

We ordered a RV queen mattress from them on April 15.Their price was cheaper than other places we checked.James stated it would only take 2 weeks.He then stated he was done working there the day we bought the mattress.This sent up one of my womans intuition flags.I was right.2 weeks turned into 3 then 4.It seems whoever works on one day does not know what the other people do on the other days.Finally after numerous phone calls with them telling me it should be here this week and that 2 weeks doesnt include weekends(new one to me) and lost paperwork(I had to bring my paperwork back for them to copy because the original was lost supposedly) we finally got a mattress on May 18th.It was not the one we ordered because they said that order was never placed or the paperwork got lost or some other b**sh**.We will never order from this place again.Guess you get what you pay for. Their professionalism stinks.
