The produce is always awful, Ive seen mold every time Ive shopped. My bag of potatoes that seemed to be the best pick ended up having 3 moldy fish smelling potatoes in the bag so I ended up throwing the entire thing away because I couldnt stand the smell. Everything is usually picked over or out of stock (on the shelves). Cosmetic section is mediocre. When I buy drugstore I prefer cruelty free and at this Walmart they offer three options, Physicians Formula, Rimmel and Hard Candy. I dont mention NYC because those formulas are worse than childrens play makeup. This location doesnt carry Elf or WetnWild. When they do have WnW, its a small display with maybe 3 shattered blushes and one opened nail polish, by the time I get to see it. Cashiers here are pretty lifeless, sometimes rude and slow as hell when bagging items.

I had 21 or 22 items. I counted as I was going into express line. The cashier was staring at me/my basket the whole time. And before I even made it to register with a customer in front of me and 1 behind me she yells out do you have under 20. I say I think I have 21/22. In a very rude Voice she says You think or you know. I said you know I dont need these items (probably About 150.00 worth of items for a picnic on this visit) and she said ok. I let her know that I thought she was a little lazy and grabbed my child and left. Wal-Mart I spend so much money in your store. I expect better treatment from cashiers. I have other store nearby and will avoid this store. I know 3 others who no longer go because of bad interactions with your employees. Oh well:)

One of the newer Walmarts in town. However it is a bit smaller in the layout of the store. Not as many items that you would find elsewhere. The back end of grocery can be a bit frustrating at busy times. As it hooks around the corner of the store. Dairy, water and paper goods can get congested and the locals have proven to be not the most friendly. In this area of the store, It just makes you grumpy for some reason. The front end is also a little smaller; you dont have that really wide aisle before cashing out. So when it gets busy it can be annoying to get in line and get out. However I have noticed that management is good at getting registers open right away when they get backed up. Overall I would put this as my second favorite Walmart in town.

Staff is very unfriendly and not helpfull, asked a employee (his name tag said Dan dont remember the last name though if it was even on there) anyway he was very rude and told me to find it myself, all I was asking him is what aisle I could find a window fan in, as I was walking away you could also hear him say something to another employee that was near him Im sure it was trash talk about me, as he had that dont bother me leave me alone attitude, what dont they understand theyre getting PAID to help people and PAID to work there. Need to say more im not going to this Walmart again they need to go through and retrain or hire new employees that will actually help.

Im a truck driver and I was parked at the very end of the lot on the side of Walmart. Nobody was parked there. I had a local beer delivery down the street and fat boy manager had me move. That belly of his had quite a few in there. Like I dont understand if u have the space on the lot and Im not in anyones way who cares.... fat boy with the grey Wrangler, next time u bang on my door like that again u gone lose that hand. Ill be back one day. Never threaten me about the police giving me a ticket. Who cares about the police, all they are is trigger happy anyway and so am I. Get the hint.

Spent 95 dollars on a roku 3 streaming player only to get it home and find the box contained nothing but a pair of ear buds and 2 AA batteries. Called electronics dept. No answer. Receptionist picked up again and said shed page them. Sat on hold for 10 mins, hung up called back no answer. Ill bet my life the serial number on my box matches the displayed one In the store. Bunch of dolts. Ill never spend another dime at any walmart for as long as I live even if I have to pay more or drive to 3 different stores to find what I need.

Filthy. I cant get over just how disorganized and disgustingly filthy this facility. For such a large company and for such a smart organization dont they realize that dirty facilities and disorganize shelf space is a major turnoff for buyers. Employees walking around in shaggy clothes, eyes down turned is not a suitable place for people to buy. With a spanking clean target directly across the street I dont know how the expect to continue being successful.

Came in to exchange a top my mother got me. You slection was minimal & didnt have my size. While browing I found a pair of pants & a top a tank top and 3 pairs of earrings. Went to make my exchange after standing in line waiting my turn, then the lady informs me that thats too much work for her I have to go back to the cah register. You lost a hundred dollar sale because it was too much work for her. Your customer service sucks!

They have most of the stuff you need however the bigger Walmarts stock more. This is considered a mini Walmart and it shows. Most of the employees couldnt care less about customer service, but the pharmacy is the exception. Most of the pharmacy employees are very nice. The pharmacist Loretta and the clerk Alicia are super, super nice. They get an A+. All in all the store is convenient for me and open 24 hours is a big plus.

That place sucked, i went in to get a rain coat " half hour round trip out of my way during work " just to find two sales representative who had no clue where to find rain coats and better yet they both work in the clothing department so they send me to sporting goods only to find out they dont carry them , needless to say i was pissed. So if you are looking for a rain coat go to KMART and screw WALMART!

Staff is disorganized, as well as most of the shelves in the store. They will have items on display that they DONT SELL. What? Moto 360 on display in electronics with a price listed and everything. They told me to go to wireless to buy it. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to show up, they tell me they dont carry the latest of most devices THAT THEY ADVERTISE. Target is WAY better.

I called the Walmart in Hamburg and in Tonawanda and they were so ignorant I weigh on the phone for 30 minutes on each wine just for them to keep hanging up on me I called this Walmart one time and the man personally went to check for me and told me yes we have a lot of them I love this Walmart so much this is going to be my to go to Walmart every time now.
