Perfect place to enjoy a sandwich and some ice cream. I love visiting local cafes when out and about. This cute cafe is centralized in the town of Corning. Its adorable outside look does not disappoint when entering leads to oldtime charm. Entering leads to a oldtime soda fountain counter that serves ice cream and off to the left another counter for meals. Just love that oldtime feel. Nice selection of sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, soup of the day, and salads. No fountain drinks only bottles from the fridge. Great ice cream selections. Had the mint cookie sundae and it did not disappoint.

Visiting Corning walking down Market Street how can you miss this place. Its my kind of place too. Love the decor and that type of eatery. I walked in to get my kid an ice creme and to check it out. To bad it was not so clean and the young ladies where not very helpful just standing there talking to each other. To top it off, I saw the girls nose drip into the register while giving me change. There was no way I would come back.

I took my wife and kids there for lunch one day, and it was a very good experience. The cafe itself is a little tight, but there are tables right outside if theres no room inside. The sandwiches were fantastic, as well as the apple rhubarb pie I had. I also liked that my girls could grab a little ice cream after lunch.

Awesome, eclectic selection of food & candy. Quality ice cream, friendly staff, and atmosphere. Seating inside is limited, but there is an extensive exterior space maintained by the city. Prices are typical for Market Street - not cheap, but you wont break the bank. And its quality food.

Great sandwiches and a good selection. Order at the counter and a server will bring the food to your table. Food came out quickly. There is also a coffee bar and a large selection of candy.

Pretty good. Had a pinnini that was more of a grilled sandwich. It was good, just not my expectation of a pinnini but I would get it again.

Unexpectedly good ice cream. Didnt have a meal, just ice cream. The brownie sundae was like a meal. Huge! Mint chip was nice and minty.
