Corps typically provide robotic employees who are just there to make money. Understandably so. Starbucks always has robotic employees who have no personality. They arent bad bit dont have the opportunity to thrive. Now to something that changed my perception. Everyday i come into this location. Im greeted by the sweetest lady named Alyssa. She is always sweet and personable. Even when its busy at 8am with everyone grumpy trying to get their coffee fix. She treats each customer with respect and friendliness. She is the most personable worker I have seen at any restaurant or fast food everrrr. They need to promote her and have teach other employees her methods. Shed be the perfect marketer. I come back consistently just for her

Very friendly but I ordered through my mobile app and they didnt have all the ingredients for my order. No coconut milk for my coffee, and they were out of my sandwiches. Im not sure if this is the company, or a managerial issue, but I wasnt too pleased to change my whole order on my first visit here. Update, Second Visit: made another mobile order and when I went to pick up I had about an inch and a half of coffee missing. Didnt have time to say something about how burnt it tasted, but I doubt I will ever return. Changing from 3 stars to 1

Nothing like getting a Gift Card to a place you dont like to remind yourself how right you are in your judgment. .. OK, I got a Gift Card for Christmas, lets go get a free cup of coffee and maybe something else. First thing I notice walking into this place is the disgusting stench of burnt coffee and dirty underwear. ..Ok, Ill Stop Right There. ..just suggesting maybe they should Disinfect and open a few windows, I know they will Never improve their Awful coffee.

Adequate, and 5 years later that is still my evaluation. The level of cleanliness and the attentiveness of staff would not pass muster in Seattle closer to corporate headquarters. The quality of pastries and other food items has declined greatly over the period I have been going to this outlet, but the coffee remains tolerable and it is extremely convenient. It has recently gon through a badly needed renovation.

Its pretty good. Sort of cramped, but I got what I ordered, a caramel macchiato and a chocolate hazelnut croissant. Both were good to me, for what you expect from a Starbucks: Im sure you could find better but it was fine. Barely had room to sit. Glad they finished construction, but I wish they had more places to sit.

Its beautiful inside. Relatively clean. Lines are long, as is the wait. Its small and cramped without the second floor sitting area. Has ample outdoor patio seating. But, its a highly trafficked store and is lacking spacial accommodation. Its fine if you dont mind standing and waiting.

Starbucks Coffee, a chain well-known for its signature roasts, light bites and Wi-Fi availability. This place on Main St. of city Fairfax is pretty big with lots of seating upstairs. Wonderful baristas! Superb eatery to start the day with.

This Starbucks tends to be staffed by employees who often seem more interested in talking to each other than engaging the customers or in working efficiently. Same products and with a good area for meeting friends or customers.

First time ever recieving unfriendly customer service from a Starbucks location. Steele was not a happy person this morning, just pushing people through and rude to people if they arent ready to order. Hope his day gets better.

Tried to customize a drink and was screamGged at twice by 2 different baristas complaining they would only offer 4 oz of milk and they never asked about milk temp and tried to serve me a cold drink instead of hot. Lazy!!!

New employee is confused on orders, especially non-menu orders. The first level is small, the upstairs opens up to seating. Nice design, just seemed small. Coffee is consistent with ither Starbucks.
