Needs much improvement. The customer service is not all there! This tops, I have to say is the cleanest and some what organized. I really dont like the prices at all. Did a comparison with stores near by. Tops has sales but is still not in ballpark with price rite nor other places. I walked in to tops with around 100 dollars, with there store brand, sales and card. I only got 4-5 bags of items for my family. I did the same at price rite and got 6-7 bags of items. Not counting large no bag items. They really need to be more family friendly with prices. Overall good place to shop.

i used to work here and not only did i have to do the service leaders jobs because they are lazy as all hell but they were very rude and nasty to me, didnt like helping or training me, and were always standing around doing absolutely nothing! they shoodnt get paid more than the cashiers especially when they dont want to do their jobs. It is also very disgusting and dirty i there. garbage all over the place, flies swarming everywhere ! when i worked there i would make sure to leave the front end spotless!

Higher prices than other food shops I goto and very long lines at checkout. Self serve checkouts are horrendous and rarely work without attendant helping people constantly. They should get rid of them and open more checkouts. If its not on sale you can get it cheaper anywhere else.

Appealing, clean, entrance is eye catching. Produce is fresh, well organized, and vibrant. The staff was friendly and helpful, this isnt my local Tops so I needed a bit of assistance. Thank you for your Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-Free products. I visited on 10/29/16 at ten am.

Even if you try to come early to beat the crowd, youll be here forever. They put the oldest, slowest cashiers on and theres usually only two lanes open.
