When convenient, weve gone there for a few items, several times. Each time, were relieved to be gone. Normally, we shop Wegmans. Now I know why. Tops, Transit, is a nice store and well stocked. But just a few items take as long to check out as a full load at Wegmans. Tops must pay low wages because their checkout people are slow, seemingly uncaring, talk incessantly, in spite of a line up, and simply dont have the smarts, verve, personalities & concern for shoppers, as do Wegmans personnel. Tops management should, in disguise, spend one day at Wegmans to observe enthusiastic, helpful employees.

Great tops. Usually well trained knowledgeable service and good mood workers that are happy to help. Even at night time hours I have never had problems. Unlike literally every single other big grocery store that is open late. Including some other tops as well as Wegmans and especially Wal Mart. Thanks for checking out my post hope this helps! Moderate pricing even though the temptation to buy things you dont normally buy or want does get out of hand. If only prices everywhere were lower without club cards and coupons.
