the people working there are friendly, however this store is the BIGGEST RIP OFF when it comes to pricing for EVERYTHING! i needed a simple heatsink for my processor...they wanted 40$ for it, i didnt buy it and instead whent home and found the exact same one on newegg( best place for anything computer related!!!!) it was 13$ on newegg.........also i needed a new case to build a second desktop, they had a pretty cool desktop case/ stand, and they wanted 177$ for it.....i can most definatly make something similar for far less cash.........DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! U WILL REGRET IT WHEN YOU GET HOME AND SEE IT FOR HALF THE PRICE OR LESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

Great job! This company has always done a great job for me. They have fair prices, excellent customer service and know their stuff. Always had my equipment ready when they said they would. Have got me out of multiple jams. I owned a successful real estate business for 17 years. I always went above and beyond for my customers and so do they. Again, great job guys!

Yeah, friendly enough, but I believe these guys not only fried my hard drive, they also damaged the connection for the power cord--it wont stay plugged into the laptop now, and it was NOT like that when I brought the machine in. So not only did I have to replace the hard drive, its next to impossible to charge the battery. Thanks for making my life harder.

+ my computer had a liquid damage and I brought it today to Hertel computers for repair. their service was 5 star and price very reasonable. Also the specialist who served me was super nice and helpful gentlman. I definitely recommend hertel computers to anyone else, this place is by far best for computer repair.

Brought desktop in to be upgraded and Don at Hertle computers was unable to put my operating system on my new SSD due to a conflict with windows 7/10 and I was basically told to deal with it. People were nice enough but seem to be lacking in some areas of expertise.

Great service, great advice. When they couldnt fix the problem, there was no charge. They also sell reconditioned computers at great prices. I have been here twice after having been less than happy with another shop and will now go nowhere else.
