First of all theres this really short manager hes a bit on the darker side and he has the most disgusting attitude towards everyone I feel uncomfortable when I step into the supermarket and see him second of all theres this lady named Miriam that constantly follows me around the supermarket (it seems like she thinks Im gonna steal) but Ive been going to this supermarket much longer than shes been working there and on top of that there are no prices anywhere only at the register so you have no clue how much youre paying for anything it could be $1 - $1,000 the only part of the supermarket I actually like is the sushi part the sushi is great and the guy that makes the sushi is such a great guy with an upbeat attitude All in all I would give the store a ZERO if I could also I think they should get rid of that short manager hes scaring away customers with his disgusting attitude there are 2 other managers one has peot (curls under his ears) and the other is an older guy (not too old maybe mid 30s) hes also a great guy he helps everyone out

i will had a bad experience today with a female worker which i think is the manager she kicked me out of the store took the egg plant i had in my hands and said i was taking to much and she need it for her clients. i was ready to pay she came from behind me and started yelling at me and acting very unprofessional. at first i though she was joking but then i saw her face she was serious about what she was saying so i told her i had left more egg plants there and i was going to pay for them and she refused to sell them to me and said "I DONT CARE THIS IS FOR MY CUSTOMER" I have been a client at this location and no one deserves to be treated this way. i felt very discriminated and for those who experience the same thing i did today please feel free to call 311 and file a complaint. my wife works for 311 and there is a service that help people who has been discriminated.

An awful place! They have no respect for repeat customers, Ive had many people tell me not to shop here,but I figured Id give it a shot. But now I see what they were talking about! There is no courtesy, most of the veggies and fruit are spoiled, the prices are one of the most expensive of all the kosher supermarkets, but truly the worst of it is they do not want to help the customer in any way. So Im taking my business where they care about their loyal customers!!! And being a Baal Teshuva you can only imagine what a bad taste it left in my mouth about the store and community!

I personally know the night manager, adam and he is friendly and respectful person. this whole video is an attempt to shmear his name, lashon hora and rechilus. i dont think anyone who would be called an ANIMAL by customers would respond differently. im sure if everyone who is writing bad reviews here knew what happened before and they would be disgusted at the customers.

What an amazing place to shop!!! Its a store that if there is an item you need they will provide it for you!! No matter what!from gluten free products to certain cuts of meat! Always helpful and with a smile! What an unbelievable service by adam and Oscar! Even if its a last min. Item and they are closing already, they will treat everyone with out most respect!

Shopping in shop smart is really a wonderful experience. They always have all products in stock. The management of the store is also very helpful. Adam and Oscar are always very accommodating. They are friendly and cheerful. Whenever I walk into the store I am greeted with a friendly hello. I fully recommend shopping there.

The staff is very friendly and they are ppl too that should not be disrespected. If so, they can refuse service. If this store is convenient to you dont disrespect them. Its a great place to shop and the atmosphere should be enjoyable for everyone meaning employees to customers and customers to employees as well.

Great selection of food and the manager there is an X Israeli soldier he is so on top of his game and super helpful... After the service he provided I can no longer shop anywhere again definitely when you go ask for Adam hes amazing and has a good joke when your feeling down Thanks again

Shopsmart is a step above. The managers Adam and Oscar are super friendly and even when it is hectic they make sure you are being helped. Nice environment, clean, organized store, delicious take out. Overall I am very impressed and would highly recommend.

This place always has whatever you need at any given time. The sushi is absolutely amazing The lines are usually short and fast and the help is very accommodating a great place to shop for a missing item or your whole grocery list.
