Diesel Flex

i saw 2 cars online that I was interested in and called them to find out whether or not the price on their webpage was right because I was willing to pay cash. the guy kept telling me that I have to come in and negotiate the price because they work on comission. mind you I never mentioned to him that I wanted to negotiate, I just wanted to know how much I should have in my pocket in order to make the purchase. He refused to acknowlege the price on their website and asked me to drive all the way from PA to NY just to talk prices with them when its right there on their site. at last he put me on hold and never returned. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMSCAM SCAM. ALL THEIR FIVE STARS ARE LIES.

Very uncomfortable experience as a woman buyer. The finance man could not remember my name and kept calling me "honey." Seemed to have a system set up where he played me off the salesman several times in order to pull a bait and switch with the price. Car I was looking at was $1500 more than the online price (which I called to confirm was the asking price before going to the lot) and then after two hours he upped our negotiated price by $300 at which point I walked out. Both times he implied I was naive for not knowing the price would be higher than they had previously told me it was. A terrible experience. Would rather give zero stars.

I was in the need of a new car, mind you, this was my first car ever being purchased. When I got to the dealership, they made everything so easy for me. Long story short, I financed a 2013 Nissan Altima for a sweet ass deal, with some bomb ass insurance. When I first got to the dealership, I thought I was going to hear nothing but rejection because of my credit history and finances. However, they hooked a brother up. In my opinion, if your in the need of a new car and your shopping around, you should just go straight to rubber bros auto world.

They have a great selection of cars. I Went in looking for a specific car unfortunately I wasnt able to get that car but rubberbros and staff were awesome and helpful in getting financed for a different car. they worked with me every step of the way to ensure the satisfaction of myself and every customer who walked through their doors. Souhier specifically was wonderful and extremely helpful. For buying a car for the first time rubber bros gave me a great experience and a model for how any major purchase should go.

Lies lies lies all they do in rubber bros is lie had a car for a month n I cant drive it its not safe for me nor my family they claimed they fixed it but they lied to me Im still paying out my own pocket to get the car right never ever again will I deal with them or recommend these dudes to anybody got a car I cant even use FYI all the other post with five stars are lies to ;thats them putting up there own reviews check the reviews on Yelp there a lot of people who disagrees with this place they are jus horrible

We were not expecting to walk out with a vehicle today. However with the help of the staff we were able to get a vehicle and leave off the lot today. The best part of it all is that they work with you & your budget. Everyone was very friendly and courteous down to the man who cleans the upholstery. Souheir was GREAT! She made our overall experience very easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone I know looking for a vehicle. You wont be disappointed.

They pulled a SERIOUS bait & switch! Advertised a 2007 Chevrolet LS with 90,000 miles on it for $3,500 on Carfax. I show up to the place and began to speak with one salesman. He shows me the car and says its $3,500. THEN, another salesman comes up and says he believes the car is $7K - $10K. He goes to "check," and comes back and says the car is $6K. I dont know what type of bull**** they were pulling, but all Ill say is this -- dont waste your time with this place.

I went to this dealer looking for a vehicle and fell in love with the 2012 nissan maxima. The staff was very helpful in getting me in that vehicle. I wasnt rushed nor pushed into something I didnt like. The payments are excellent and in my approximate range that I wanted. I suggest you give these guys a chance. I would say over all these guys are a A+++ dealership and they work for you thank you guys...

Very rude. I called to inquire about a car. The person who answered was very rude. When I asked to speak to his manager, he laughed and said that he wasnt in. I then inquired about the managers name and his name; that is when he hung up. I called back and asked again, same result. In turn, I became to call over and over and over again until somebody wanted to give me the managers name.

I went in to Rubber Bros to get a 2007 Honda Accord. They were very friendly and helpful from the beginning as soon as they saw me pull up, They greeted me and ask what I wanted to do today and helped me right out. They were very helpful when it came to the paper work and with any questions. Overall it was just a great experience & I would recommend people come here to buy a car!!!!
