This place is absolutely disgusting. Ordered potato salad from the deli and found a fingernail in it. It also made me get a stomach virus and I was puking everywhere.... Alot of the food is expired and I almost fed my daughter and expired yogurt from there thank god i didnt! One time I went in and this lady from my building named Dotty was there and peed all over the floor!!!! it was really gross. Never going in there ever again!!!! Avoid the cooked food if you dont wanna get sick!!! And dont bother getting anything else because it might be expired!

To many times I have purchased items, only to get home and find they have passed the expiration date. Also, being charged more at checkout than what was displayed. Stay away from the Whiterose brand. Very poor quality. I also think they should hire more friendly people. They seldom even say thank you after checkout, let alone greet you when you approach the checkout. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and money and just shop at Foodtown. Better pricing, selection, quality, service, and friendliness. What more do you want?

Absolute worst. Been coming here for ever 4 years JUST for things Im in a crunch for. Every single time, and Im talking every time for 4 years, their items ring up wrong. Example, this past weekend I got a 12pack of beer and the sign in the cooler says 9.99..... it rings up as 15.99!!! When you bring this to their attention, they act like its a big deal and like youre holding everyone else up. This isnt a 1 time thing. Happening for 4 years and all my neighbors agree. They rob you here hoping youre not paying attention

where to begin? they over charged me my bill should have been 60 they charged me 110$ i shop there every day. when i asked for my money back BEFORE I LEFT THE STORE OR EVEN TOOK MY BAGS THEY REFUSED!!!!! had to raise hell just to get a refund from these crooks who treated me like a criminal because heir butcher and their casheir doesnt know how to count. the manager is the worst of all the bald one who was antagnoizing me in arabic but didnt realize i could understand him. jokes on you bitn il sharmoota kusimak

I wouldnt go anywhere else. Great selection of food- I havent ever gone there and left without the things I wanted. They also have a great beer selection. I love the extra touches, like seasonal decor over the meats and cheeses, and murals on the window. Ive been a cashier in my life and I know its not fun, so it means even more that the cashiers who work here are always friendly and have something nice to say.

By far the best craft beer selection in Bay Ridge. Broad selection and good prices. A 100% hidden gem of rare beers that would fly off the shelves in Manhattan. Check the dates on the beers because sometimes things have sat on the shelf for a while, but if more people knew about it, their inventory would turn over faster.

Good selection of groceries, recently expanded and included natural/organic/vegan products section. However beware of the produce and meats section, not the freshest or best quality products (cilantro that didnt smelled or tasted anything like cilantro, spoiled fruits/vegetables, very fishy salmon, slimy chicken, etc)

I used to get a training in the Deli in this dirty place, they made the sandwiches from the old inventory and everyday they change the expiry date from what they produce before and put a new date. Dirty food dont even think to get any thing from there.

Nice and big with wide aisles, a refrigerated beer section and large produce section. Im told its more expensive then Pathmark and ShopRite but I dont pay as much attention to these things as I should. Its close so I use it often.
