This Stop. & Shop supermarket about my Exp 1. Basically dirty. Including shopping carts ( there is no sanitizer wipes like other store locations. have) One star is For products , Zero For service . Looks like This store is For African /American and other but I do not see a white customers there . Very bad odor like mildew /mold wetness In the store especially by fresh pronuce. 2. There is no Express. line (Self check. registers my dream) I had few frozen items and. with over 30 min. In line practically a food got defrozen /spoiled. 3. Prices In the aisle do not match with registrarions check! 4. I had one item which a price was higer by cashiers. Stop and Shop has. policy to match the price. When a casher ring higher price This item is FREE! (used to be up to $5.00) I called a manager to get that price. , However a woman manager? tołd me that a company doesn t have This policy anymore! This is lie! Other Stop and Shop have this policy on the wall, but I guess a managment is well much better then In this store. 5. A cashiers do. not know really how to work on the computer a cash regisration. For simple VOID. call a manager . Cashiers extremley S L O O O O W !!! Think a LONG NAILS are a big problem 6.This store NEEDS A MAKE OVER. BEGIN /START FROM MANAGER , SUPERVISERS ,WORKERS. Maybe not all employees are bad. HOWEVER A SUCESS START FROM A TOP MANAGER. I missing (my) Stop and Shop. In Queens ( two locations), where. employees are helpfull , cashiers Fast and pleasant , store clean, and much more , which This store doesnt have with one. even positive think which will be let me more often shop at this location. To bad! To sad ! 7.However. someone who hire a people unexpierienced., or not giving Well training , or who do not want to work should be fire. Cashiers should be no aloud to have a SUCH LOOONG NAILS /TIPS ! Once did happen when cashier scratched me. , while handling a money. LONG. NAILS MAKE them. to work slower , the are much worry about their NAILS , then a customer service Big problem are a celluar texting used by employees /cashiers. Texting or even checking a MSG. by cashier while is customer are waiting. is rude , and should be not acceptable by STOP AND SHOP COMPANY.

As some have mentioned the people who shop here are frequently terrible human beings. The first time I came I saw a customer attack a cashier because she wouldnt accept her expired coupon. I know this sounds like an exaggeration but she started screaming and went around the belt to the register and threw punches as the manager held her back. I felt terrible for the cashier as she handled herself professionally but some people dont know how to act around civilized people. Since then Ive seen people outright steal, eat foot they hadnt paid for yet and then put down the empty package, and take toys from the packing and give them to their kids then hide the empty packaging. Despite all the issues the prices are great and they frequently have awesome sales. Its definitely a love hate relationship for me and reminds me of white trash Walmart. Lines are frequently an issue which seems to be half slow baggers and half slow shoppers.

The cashiers work thier hardest to keep productive. But the Asstistant Manager is the most intolerable inhumane person That I have ever met. I frequently bought all of my goods there. I see both the Asstistant and his boss on a regular basis. I can say this when the General Manager goes home for the day. His Asstistant turns into his real self. I will make sure because of him my home nor my organization ( CAMBA) will NEVER shop at this location again. We will never support arrogance, racist, sexist, environments. Honestly I should of recorded these atrocities and sent them to our local publishers. Good ridence to bad rubbish.

this place is out of control. the long lines is crazy & the smell is horrible. It smelled like meat gone bad. Went in to buy my favorite muffins, pistachio nut and the smell also knocked me over. It was so bad I decided not to buy the muffins. I shop at various Stop & Shops and have never seen a store in such bad shape. The Manager & Director need to sit down and revamp store or get fired because is obvious they are not doing their jobs. If I gonna spend my money in your establishment you can at least have a clean store that dont smell. Hope it gets better.

Biggest & best supermarket in the area (and Ive tried quite a few), a lot of selection, reasonable prices and great sales, especially when they have an item 10 for $10. Sign up for the Stop & Shop card for more savings. If you can deal with the crowds, cause its always crowded, its worth the trip. My first go to spot is Trader Joes but I get everything else at Stop & Shop. Addendum: Finally Stop & Shop is stocking one of my go to supermarket coffees "Seattles Best Coffee". I dont have to run around town to see who has it.

This Stop and Shop is the worst Ive ever been to. The longest lines. Im talking like lines at best buy the week before Christmas look better in comparison. The turn over of employees is fast so cashiers never know what the hell theyre doing. Deli counter is rude to where I stopped eating deli meat to avoid them. Dont waste your time. They may have good prices but you end up spending so much time there just to buy two items. Sad. Once again, corporate america taking advantage of poor uneducated people. We deserve better!!

This use to be one of my favorite stores to shop. However, they have some new workers tat are very nasty and have no kind of customer service skills. I sincerely hope that they havent lost the other young ladies that were so nice. I have to go there this afternoon and it will be my last if I receive the same nasty workers that Ive experienced the last two times I went there. I love the fresh fruit and sales that they have but there are certainly other stores that offer that as well.

It doesnt matter what time you shop, you will always wait in line for 15 to 30 minutes. Because of the ridiculously long lines, shoppers get tired of waiting and abandon baskets and carts full of product which results in spoiled product. I just got home and my half and half is spoiled. I poured it into my coffee and chunks of curdled half and half ruined it. A complete waste of money because the management of this place is completely incompetent.

this place never troubled me but... i tried calling the store and the robot put me on hold for exactly 29 minutes and 34 seconds and i ended call. be ware that i did call two hours bfore they closed so there shouldnt be an excuse that there wasnt anyone around to answer the phone i didnt only call one or two but called three different departments in this store and no one answered! i am really mad and thats why i gave this store a 1 star.
