They are very unaccomodating to their customers and very inflexible. Its like they dont care about what their customers want and will just impose what they feel is the best for their bottom line on you, the consumer. Ill skip the details and keep it short. They need to reflect on their store policies and have better management. I go regularly and the only reason theyre still getting my business is because the people around me loves sweets and its close to home. The only redeeming qualities are the flavors of their food (hence the 1 STAR), but still not worth it for the price and quantity. A real disappointment, each in its own way the past few times Ive been there in the last two years, because I see such potential in a place like that. Just. Get. It. Together. Come on already.

My bestfriend ordered one regular bubble tea , and she said "Can I have a coconut bubble tea too ?". So the lady said " sure " . We got my two drinks and they were both coconut bubble teas . So my friend went kindly to lady and told her she made a mistake and that shewanted one regular bubble tea and only one coconut bubble tea . Then the lady starts to try and twist my friends words to say that she said " I want two coconut bubble teas ". Im upset that my friend had to waste money on something she didnt want, the sad part is , her money is going to an extremely rude woman. What Happened to the customer is always right huh ?

Small chinese desserts shop along 18th ave brooklyn. Youll find a variety of asian desserts from boba teas to pastries. What is specially offered here though is the durian based desserts. Youll definitely smell it if one is ordered in the small shop. Went with the mango ice cream with tea based grass jelly. A nicely prepared dessert which satisfied my tummy. No frills kinda spot to hang out after a meal or have a snack.

Small Chinese dessert spot that serve good asian flavors of desserts. I recommend getting the grass jelly and the pineapple shaved ice. Staffs are friendly and nice. Atmosphere feels laid back and comfortable. Prices are cheap for the area. Overall great concept and desserts are delicious.

I usually get the mango pomelo. Tonight I tried the black sesame with black sesame tong yuan. Its not as good as other places. It was very grainy and I would not try again. This dessert place is pricier than most.

The desserts are quite decent, not overly sweetened or anything. The drinks are good, as well. I highly recommend the dessert bowls, the puddings and the fruit-flavored teas.
