WORST customer service EVER. The Owner/Manager is extremely rude, cursing at you after ever word he says. The bike Mechanic Johnathan is the worst I called for assistance on and he cursed at me and hung up, i tried calling back and he would forward all my calls to voicemail. The mechanic also put my bike together in the worst way possible he left every screw very loose and I fell off my bike because multiple pieces fell off and the brakes were super loose (THIS WAS AFTER 2 RIDES). After asking the manager for a charger because one was not provided he claimed that would be extra money. AFTER PAYING $2000 for a bike i have to PAY more for a SIMPLE CHEAP LAPTOP CHARGER???? Not to mention the first 2 batteries received were duds, they tried to tell me i get what i payed for, but i would not stand for that. I live very far from this place and after THEY messed up on this whole ordeal, the manager told me its too expensive to ship me the battery that i would have to go back to the shop to pick it up or else it will stay under his desk while he kicks it for the next couple of months. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! The worst experience Ive ever had buying. IF YOUR GOING TO MAKE SOMEONE SPEND $2000 ON A CHEAP BIKE AT LEAST GIVE BETTER SERVICE! I WILL PLACE THIS REVIEW ON EVERY WEBSITE I CAN! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!

The ENTIRE Electric BIKE industry is RIDICULOUS, but the owner knows a lot about E-bikes. I feel that this place and Propel WAY OVER CHARGE for repairs and take advantage of this industry. As far as I have experienced, E-bikes are being MALIGNED by the Pedestrians as well as the Automobiles. Greenpath seem to only want to recommend BIKES they sell, and they are way expensive. I had a X-TREME bike and only dealt w that companies repair, but Greenpath claim they will FIX any other E-bikes in the industry, but the repair dude, WOULD NOT fix my new X-treme bike I had gotten on discount. X-treme offered me a brand new BAJA model bike and it arrived, but did not turn on. They told me the bike might be a LEMON and they just told me to send the bike back. A REAL BIKE company that offer REPAIRS would have repaired the bike. I spoke to the Tech out in Seattle, and he was certain the bike was brand new and should have and would be working if he could look at the bike. I lost out on the $600 dollar discount, and returned the bike. I ended up buying a PRODECOTECH bike, and that repair dude told me those bikes not good either. So, now I have had my Prodecotech bike for 4 months, running great. NOT PERFECT, but great bike. But, I wont bring it to GREENPATH, cuz, City Bicycles are a Prodecotech dealer, and they fix that bike.

They should be ashamed of themselves. I took my bike in because my motor stopped running. Turned out it was just a loose wire and they fixed it in 10seconds for no charge. I felt bad not to pay anything, so I agreed to a tune up. Thats where I made my mistake. Its $75 an hour, which is already insane and they also make you put down a $150 deposit. I thought for 75 bucks they would do a good job and I trusted them not to rip me off, so I agreed to their terms. Tune ups at other bike shops have always been quick and easy and have never been more than an hour. But here that simple tune up "took 2 hours" and cost me $165 after taxes. So yeah, Im a sucker. Its my fault for believing this jerk. But heres the clincher: I asked the guy to fix my loose bike chain and he didnt do it. He said the bike would be good for years to come after his miracle working. Nope, the chain pops off every time I ride it. So now I have to take this bike to get another tune up to fix his mistake. Luckily the bike shop down the street is not owned by a conman, so it costs only $25 for a tune up that isnt BS.

The service is horrible. I had to come 3 times before the work was complete. The only times the mechanic worked is when I came and was in front of him watching otherwise he put it aside and waited. They did not do it on time. Last time I came he was working in front of me and still did not finish everything I paid for. They let me go with the loose brakes, some screw are missing. They charded me 215 for this. I wouldnt recomend this place to anyone.

These guys are awesome, stand up business that treats its customers right. I ordered a bike through them, during shipping through no fault of their own there was some very minor cosmetic damage done to the battery casing. They told me about the damage (that I probably wouldnt have noticed) and offered me a $50.00 refund or a free lock. Great guys, stand up business, only wish they had a shop in my neighborhood.

I bought a Pedego electric bike here. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient. They spent a great deal of time explaining all the different bikes and features. They have a great selection of bikes. There is no substitution for dealing directly with someone in person as opposed to buying an item on line. The person service is invaluable. I highly recommend this store !
