The customer service is impeccable! Really and truly. Today was my first time visiting and across the board every Fairway Assistant was effective in helping me to find various products throughout the store. Even when 1 associate sent me to the wrong section of the store due to a minute mishap in communication, there was a staff member available to lead me to the correct aisle with the item I was looking for. And also, because I view nothing by chance or accident, I was able to pick up my FAVORITE yogurt ever Liberte. This would not have happened if I werent directed to the wrong area. Overall, the store is clean and thoroughly maintained. Though its not as big as the Harlem or 76 St store on Columbus in upper West side. Id definitely visit this Fairway again. Its quite a distance for me on public transportation. But I travel every month for the Freshie quality

DO NOT shop near closing time!! I was one of the unfortunate shoppers to deal with the closing staff, who while chatting (in a group of 4) at the till about not missing their bus instead of paying attention to my items being scanned, grossly mischarged me and when I went to speak to them after was told there is absolutely nothing they can do as customer service has already left for the evening and that I can "come back tomorrow". who on earth has time to come back tomorrow? take a tip from trader joes, or any other large functioning viable grocer chains and realise your customer service should be systemic! The shop is lovely otherwise.

Not as good as the Red Hook one but just fine. The Red Hook one has great outdoor seating and fantastic views for the city while snacking on some yummy treats. No such luck here. They do have a great selection but the prices are a bit high on everyday items. When things are on sale that is when things pickup. Just last week HUGE steaks where just $3.99 a pound. And chicken breath just .99 per pound. There is plenty of parking in the outdoor parking lot so that should never be a problem. I did find the store a bit chilly but it is winter I hope in the summer it warms up a bit inside so I do not need a parka to shop.

I dont usually do online reviews but this place is amazing. Its brand new so its huge and has all of my grocery needs. My favorite aspect was the deli... I am a cold cut person, not easy to please. The deli workers were very kind and helpful. I was especially impressed by one in particular, I believe his name was Big Rich. I asked for Boarshead honey turkey and classic ham. Before he cut the whole thing, he showed me a piece and asked if that was how I liked it. It was perfect. I was so impressed by the professionalism in that deli. Will definitely be going back.

I went there first weekend. It was extremely busy and overcrowded. It could be also due to multiple promotions that store created to attract customers. Parking lot was a major problem. Slow moving cars and people with loaded carts created traffic on parking lot as well. Store is clean, organized and staff is very helpful and pleasant. People working at the store deserve credit and raise. Prices are comparable to other FW stores, but due to promotions and discounts they looked lower than at the Red Hook store

Excellent produce section with great regular and organic choices. Small grocery section. Nut, grain and dried fruit section highly overpriced. Dissapointing cheese, bakery, meat and fish departments. All overpriced with a small selection. Prepared food areas are clean and have interesting choices but are highly highly overpriced. Used to shop at the West 70s and Broadway location and found them to have larger selections and better prices.

Its impeccably clean! Youll find things there that you will not it find at regular KEYFOOD or any other supermarkets in the neighborhood. Its like you have traveled to another dimension. Every time I go food shopping, whether by myself or with my family, I feel an overwhelming, peaceful, satisfying Joy! Its expensive but you get quality products, and its worth it. Quite a refreshing breath of air for this side of Brooklyn really needed!!!

I really appreciated the concern of 2 of the employees when I asked them for certain items I could not find. They actually went to look for the items instead of just pointing to the aisles. Especially was one employee whom I asked for clotted cream. I had looked for it in the dairy section but he went and got it for me in the cheese section where I would never have looked.

Even though Fairway Markets can be a bit pricey, I love shopping there once in a while. You have to catch some items on sale before they return to regular price. Having an organic fruit and veggie section is great. This is the only market in my area that sells my favorite Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee.

I am so happy there is a Fairway here in Brooklyn. I am always happy with the fresh selections of fruits, vegetables and especially the coffee selection! Clean location is important and they do their best to maintain the store. The staff are approachable and easily answer questions. Awesome place.

Great mix of standard grocery brands and health/organic conscious product. Produce section is always being worked on and is heavily shopped so seems to be consistently fresh and in constant rotation. Staff is friendly and helpful... overall a great addition to the area. Plus theyre open late.

Decided to purchase an organic rotisserie chicken about 10am, eating for lunch realized it was dried out.$15, could not have been cooked fresh that am. Customer service girl very unprofessional, detected annoyance in her voice regarding my complaint.

You can buy a lot of organic stuff like coconut oil, olive oil, meats that are grass-fed and free of nitrates, and fish that is wild not farmed , and they even have hard to get coffee from all over the world. Thats just the beginning.

Хороший супермаркет. Всегда свежие товары и в большом ассортименте. Чисто. Есть своё кафе.

Went into the store looking for a specific product in the frozen bread section. The gentleman stocking in that area looked and couldnt find the item, themln he realized he had a fresh box on another cart! Made my day!

I like having fairway closer to me. I usually go to one in red hook. This seems like a smaller store, with less of a selection in comparison to all the other fairway stores Ive visited. The staff is super friendly!

My visit was mostly pleasant. I like the variety of offerings and) the freshness, but I found some of the food to be a little pricey. $11 for a bag of cherries was more than the lamb chops that I purchased!!!

Some items above average prices. Limited frozen food selection, but excellent meat and produce depts. A pleasant place to shop with quick checkout, but there are better prices elsewhere.

Pretty enthusiastic workers. Nice to have a local fairway. I usually enjoy their prepared foods, hope to give it a try, but it already makes the area look more developed.
