I think Ive been to all NetCost Market locations (including both ones in Philly area and maybe except the new one in NJ) at some point and I have to say that this location in Queens is probably the worst among all of them. The store itself is extremely small and shopping aisles are so narrow that youd have very hard time using a shopping cart there. The selection of caviar is really poor, much worse than what I got used to frequenting other NetCost locations. Many items are either expired or extremely close to their expiration date (e.g. I accidentally managed to buy a pack of juice with 1 year shelf time that was about to expire in 2 days!... so technically it was not expired, but you cant call it fresh either). The location is probably convenient for those living nearby and walking to it, but its terrible for those willing to drive and park somewhere close to the store - good luck finding a parking spot withing a few blocks even in the evening. All in all, it was just close to where Ive been anyways, but in future if I am planning to do some major groceries shopping, Id drive a little more and hit one of Brooklyn locations - usually much better experience there.

Rego Parks local Russian supermarket. Its big and sort of clean inside but all the positive things stop there. The people inside are so rude, especially the cashiers. Im not white so every time I go, people are always giving me odd looks as if to say, what are you doing here. The cashiers are incredibly rude and give me a nasty attitude in some form or another, especially the young male teenagers. During checkout, they dont say a word to me and dont look at me the entire time. They dump (actually DUMP) my items in my bag and leave my bag where they DUMPED it. They dont even tell me the total of what I owe and just stare at me aggressively as I pay. Thats the only time they look at me. This has happened each time Ive gone with different cashiers. Its not a one time thing. Theres a hostile tension inside the place every time I go. Theyre pretty racist and let you know that POCs are not welcome here. Ive stopped going because its not worth the bad treatment and im not giving that racist place any of my money. If you look at other commentators reviews, theyll pretty much have the same complaint as me.

Good prices. Its just a supermarket so I shouldnt harp on the "service", after all it isnt a restaurant, but who knows how much they make how theyre treated or what they have to put up with. Anyway, their customer loyalty card always blesses me with a nice discount at the reg and theyve got a nice big produce section with lots of variety. Im not of Eastern European decent so I always have to supplement my shopping here with a trip to an "American" supermarket but the fruit, veggies and cheeses here are plentiful and fairly priced.

Russian market with Russian music and Russian announcements. I cant imagine a fire drill in this place! Total chaos! Crowd and loud. Claustrophobics stay away! Price is ok for the area (Rego Park/Forest Hills). Lots of double parking on the street. By the way, I couldnt understand the cashier but she was friendly in face of my ignorance. Who wouldve thought I went to Russia in Queens NY ....

me and my relatives go shopping there for many years but lately we had problems. A month a go my husband got food poisoning from caviar. This week my father got food poisoning from "olivier salad" that he bought on Sunday. (Doctor confirmed it was food poisoning Monday) . Watch what you buying, ask if you can taste it, especially with all the cooked food and beautiful looking cooked meats

This is a great Russian ethnic super market that has many great Eastern Europe delicacies. There are cold/hot bars, fish/meat/cheese counters. You can run in quickly to get a staple like sugar or browse the isles to discover something new. Parking is not super convenient as this store is located right on Queens Boulevard.

If you speak Russian or are lucky enough to date or be married to someone that does, youve been here before. Great foods, many of which are nowhere to be found outside their walls. The caviar is right, the bread is fresh, and the fruit+veg are front and center. Real food, real good.

Not as good as the one in Coney Island but still the best place to get Russian/Eastern European food in Queens. Make sure to get their store card for discounts.

Well priced Russian market. Good sized store has most of the typical staples youd want to buy, including great quality fresh produce. I shop here often.

A good Russian store, one of the easiest to reach from Manhattan, although not as good as flagship at Brighton beach.

Limited selection of goods. Passes between aisles are too narrow. Strange location of goods on shelves.

The best grocery store in Queens. Bakery alone is worth the price of admission. Food as it should be!

Its alright, but the cooked food selection leaves a lot to desire compared to the Brooklyn location.
