Excellent service and affordable prices! For personal service the (dare I say) old-fashioned way you cant beat Franks hands-on help. The minute you walk into the store you know youve come to the right place. Right away youre on a first-name basis with Frank. And the detailed care in which Frank handled my inquiry (archery equipment) was excellent. Frank takes his time with you; I tried different bows (pounds per pull). And after Franks detailed explanations regarding the Art of Archery I left with everything I needed to start my archery practice. Had I blindly bought on line I would have definitely over shot the target in regards to the instruction and equipment I needed to begin. In this fast-paced world of department stores and on-line shopping its nice to know there are still guys like Frank around who are more interested in customer satisfaction than making a sale. These guys are Italians and Italians have a very nasty disposition.. Im glad I live in Georgia, where can I go buy a gun with a drivers license and basically go through a background check that takes 10 seconds. New York City has some of the strictest gun laws on the books..if you like guns, it is not a place to live. I lived there for 25 years. Im actually shocked that this gun store is still around. If Im not mistaken its too tall Italian brothers that own this shop and like I said Italians have a nasty disposition and New York City is full of Italians. Nope I will stay right where I am right here in Atlanta...thank you very much..P.S..not to mention the city has authorized the New York City Police Department the authority to grant or deny permits to purchase a handgun laugh my ass off..... go figure.....people if you love firearms do not move to New York City it is a police state....

Frank gave us like basic firearm safety class over 2hours worth $200 and gave us all information what we needed. We get our first pistol purchase done. very appreciate that and will come back for shotgun & rifle. The price is resonable. Frank对华人很友好，非常耐心给新手解释，他对枪械狩猎有非常丰富的知识，我们买到了自己喜欢的第一支手枪。整个过程超过两小时，是一次很好的购物体验。

I went to D F Brothers Sports Center to purchase my first firearm last week and Frank really made it a great experience for me. He was very patient about answering all of my questions and made some very helpful suggestions. After helping me select a shotgun, Frank took the extra time to show me how to operate and maintain it (not every store does this unfortunately). He also has a solid working knowledge of the local laws and helped me select the additional equipment I would need to be compliant with NYC laws (trigger lock, case, etc...). I will definitely be returning to D F Brothers Sports Center for any and all future firearm needs. Thanks again Frank for taking all of the stress and apprehension out of this first purchase.

The most horrible experience I have ever had. I am a former secret service member and went to see if the owner will want to buy my personal gun from me. He low balled me beyond my wildest dreams. Then I asked him about shipping the pistol to a buyer outside of NY, he replied that yes, they do transfers out side of NY. Then, I called few days after, he recognized my voice and the pistol I wanted to ship and all of the sudden he tells me that they dont do transfers/shipping?! This is disgusting and outrageous! The worst customer service ever. The pricing is horrible and the way he interacts is disgusting! Will never recommend him and I would not recommend anyone from giving a business an an business owner that does not respect customers.

DF Brothers Sports Center is truly a hidden gem in New York City. Their extensive selection of quality firearms is top-notch. Frank is exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and is most interested in matching you with the best product for your purposes. I never felt rushed in my purchase of the perfect shotgun, and I left the store with a high level of comfort in its usage and care. Needless to say, I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and I would not hesitate to recommend DF Brothers Sports Center to anyone from the first-time firearms buyer to the experienced gun hobbyist. Frank is the reason that DF Brothers Sports Center gets my rating of "Excellent," and Frank is the reason that I will be back.

This place has a vast array of sporting goods and firearms and Frank is courteous, knowledgeable,patient and thorough. I, as well as many of my colleagues have patronized this establishment and have all received the same level of service from Frank every time. He takes his time explaining the specs of any firearm you may be interested in, is well versed in all aspects of NYS gun law and will file all necessary paperwork required for processing your purchase request. He will spend all the time you require (within reason) to address any questions or concerns about your purchase as well. I will definitely be making all future purchases here. Highly recommended.

Great experience at DF brothers. Frank is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to not only discuss the pros and cons of the product I was interested in but also spent time with me post purchase reviewing safety and cleaning procedures. Prices were competitive with out of state big box retailers especially when shipping and handling prices are factored in. Ive been back multiple times since my first purchase and these guys are great to work with. Definitely will recommend to anyone in the NYC area. They have a gunsmith in site as well which is a plus! Great selection and they can order anything they dont have in stock. Check this place out

I just left that store about an hr ago and i dont know what the hell yall talking about because that is the worst experience ever! If i wasnt there with my lady honestly it wouldve been worse! Guess BLACK MONEY IS NO GOOD! NEWS FLASH NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS! I was polite and respectful the whole time its like he didnt want to even deal with me! When he see the pic he will remember who i was! I felt disgusted to stay in there for 1 more minute without flipping on him! To drive an hour to get there for that! Hell no! Never again! Guess great customer experience goes with having the right shade with them! Smh sad man!

One of the greatest experience ever. I have to admit after reading some of the reviews about the owners being racist I was trying my best not to go to this gun shop it so happened that this day I had no choice but let me say this now IM GREATFUL THAT I WENT !!!! The owner at this place treated me as a king. The owner was very patient with me and showed me how to clean and break down the hand gun that I chose. Gave me a real great price on a 9mm. Also the owner let me know what else I needed to buy to go along with me buying my first hand gun. I will recommend this place to others.
