Terrible customer service... went in there to get some info about a gun. I spent 20 minutes waiting for the guy behind the counter to help me. Why was he busy... he was having a conversation with someone who had his gun license suspended and had his guns taken away, the kicker was it wasnt a conversation to help the guy, it was just him repeating over and over again that he cant help him with getting a new gun... 20 minutes this went on. Then finally when he came to help me he had a bad attitude refused to talk to me about the guns I was interested in and insisted I get the gun he was recommending. What a colossal waste of time.

I will shop no place but Bergen Sporting Goods because of the owner, Ron. Ive had some terrible experiences other places because the owners and workers are assholes that dont want to help you or answer questions.I brought my Fiance to his store and he took time out to explain guns to her and how to work them and helped her find one that fit her well. Ron is a very down to earth man and I look forward to going to his shop. If he doesnt have what you are looking for he can have it for you in a couple of days. Go check his store out before you go any other place.

Ron is a stand up, blue collar guy who has forgotten more about firearms than you and I will probably ever know. Hes honest and knowledgeable and takes the time to guide you to the options best suited for what youre looking for (ie: hunting, target shooting, home defense). If youre looking for a 30,000 Sq ft showroom than go to Cabelas in PA. If youre looking for a guy who will give you a fair price and limitless advice through the years, go to Ron.

This gun shop service stinks "literately". The owner Ron is as rude as can be. He does not have a good selection of fire arms. Extremely high prices, and the worst customer service. They never have ammo in stock. I suggest you never go to this place. Someone needs to explain to the owner of this place that you can not smoke cigars or cigarettes in a business in the state of New Jersey.

A nice little gun shop with a pretty good selection of firearms, ammunition, supplies, and some military memorabilia. The owner, Ronnie, is very knowledgeable on firearms and the particular laws of our state, and he is a really nice guy. Even if you are new to guns, you wont find the impatient attitude here that you may find at other NJ gun stores. I do all my FFL transfers here.

If you need something special he will get it for you and works with you and guides you through the whole buying process. Ron is great. He really educated me and if you dont see what youre looking for he can get it for you. Dont judge a book by its cover. The shop isnt fancy but you will be satisfied with the service. Hes a gunsmith and a really good one according to friends of mine who hes done work for. Hes a vet and I will continue to support a vet owned business.
