Last month I was in the market for some exercise equipment so a friend recommended that I go to Ocean Fitness Equipment because he had a good experience with them. They had a great selection to choose from and the salesmen were extremely knowledgeable and polite. I purchased a treadmill, a recumbent bike, a home gym, and a set of free-weight. Before delivery, a salesman came to my house and measured the room to make sure the equipment would fit. The equipment was delivered in 3 days. While they were at my home, they checked out my broken stepper and suggested what I needed to do in order to fix it and they didnt charge me for checking it out. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants good quality and good service. Councilman, Robert L. Artis Jr.

I purchased 13 BH LK500 indoor bikes in August & September 2014, they began to breakdown in 2-3 months, screws fell off during classes, 6 clips broke rendering bikes unusable, seats collapsed under riders, resistance knobs didnt work, squeaks so loud they dominated classes & all bikes started to rust by December. I used the bikes for 6, 45 minute classes a week and they were always well cared for. Neither my retailer Ocean Fitness Equipment, Eatontown, NJ or BH North America will take the bikes back and refund my money or replace the bikes. I have had to purchase all new Schwinn bikes in order to offer good safe cycling classes in my studio.
