When I went there to get replacement parts they were very friendly and helpful. I dont think its a big deal that they like to explain everything to you just I think they dont speak much English which could be what cause the problems with some other reviews. I myself speak Chinese which help I guess. they have a large amounts of PC parts at good prices of cause you cant compare them to places like those online. it just isnt fair since they are a retail business. The price is one of the most affordable in the Brooklyn area that I am pretty sure of and the old guy even match prices with the other near by stores once I showed him the ads. which was almost never because like I say they are one cheapest when it comes to prices. They do carry a large amount of OEM parts which could seem like use parts if people dont know that OEM means no box and parts only. I had order a CPU from an online storage came with pins bent which happen a lot with Intel chips. RMA that one but needed another fast to build a PC for a customer so I went to their ave U store got one open it up and all and behold it had bent pins too went back to the store the guy change it for me no problems and also help me order the memory from their other 2 two stores that were sold out everywhere in Brooklyn. Over all a +. I would never order another CPU from online again because if your going pay for shipping then RMA you might as well get it a bit more expensive and save the headache of waiting and paying 2x shipping.

Grumpy old man (manager) behind the counter. If your not one of them (Asian), forget about getting any real help. To top it off, today I called them on the phone to get a price on a new 1 Terabyte hardrive, and they refused to quote me a price on the phone. This is 2008 and they are not a car dealership. This place needs to wake up! But of course all these chinese computer places serve only one purpose to us.... cheap prices. I personally go to the other store next store to them (they are not on 1810 avenue U anymore... they are closer to Ave U and coney island ave). The other place is Main PC. though it takes time for them to warm up to you, once your a regular you are treated very well.

Went to get my phone fixed, they said theyd get it done fast, and that they had the screen. They then said they didnt and Id have to wait five days. Im a student who walks home alone from my school. Theyre is no way I can wait that long. I dont recommend going here also their prices are over expensive

Unreliable, rude and unprofessional. 4 weeks was not enough to fix a simple problem, received it back urepaired and with cracked screen (screen wasnt cracked before). Its took only 3 days to fix it in another shop. Simply unbelievable.

good selection of parts and always willing to help answer any question, as long as its one of the techs and not the old guy, as his english isnt great.. but they are all, including the old guy, very friendly.
