if i can give this place "0" i would. I was so frustrated after using their services. After paying them $180 in January to repair my laptop i had to come back with the same problem again in 6 month and the told me that warranty is just for 1 month , so it does not cover it anymore. They dont give you a quality service, like a lot of places around in Brooklyn just trying to make a money on you and make you come back again and again. You can end up paying them so much money that you could buy a new laptop after all. They are oriented on the customers who dont know any about computers and will tell you a lot of stories that they do several testings and so on. Newer will recommend it to anybody.

This guys are good. I have constant discount . They are advising me on one thing and another. They are not selling staff which will not fit your computer coz you will have to return it back. My experience with them is good. But if you can not install something your self or have a problem with your hardware go to them. If you can unscrew light bulb it means you can change your hardware. Order on newegg and DIY!

Service here is terribly slow, the workers are very tricky and attempt to hold out as much information as they can from you. When dealing with these fine Chinese gentlemen, be prepared to know exactly what you are talking about, because just like auto mechanics, you will be overcharged and schemed for overlooking very obvious things. Do your research before you go to these guys!!!!

CRIMINALS! I had my laptop serviced here hoping that a warranty would cover the motherboard repair but ASUS wouldnt cover it. I decided not to pay to have the laptop repaired and picked it up. I just opened up the laptop to have it repaired and THEY STOLE MY HARD DRIVES! I have contacted ASUS to get some sort of resolution but that is still pending.

Review by S.Feldz is pretty much spot on. I can only add that we had constant problems with the hardware. Our pc once in a while turned blue screen and crashed. We had to take it back to them twice! Waste of time, money, energy! Dont bother with those con artists. Buy from dell.
