These guys rock! I couldnt be more grateful with the experience and service Ben & Chris provided to me today. I spilled water on top of my Macbook Air and I took it to the Apple Store the same day and they told me without a diagnosis that it would cost me $700+ to repair it. The next day I went to Mickeys hook up store in WB and they were asking for a non-refundable $60 deposit to give me a diagnosis in 4-6 business days and since I was not convinced, the guy then told me that if I did not care about the data, I should just get a new computer. I then took it to Computer Answers the next day and to my positive surprise, they diagnosed it right there in front of me, they took the time to explain what the problem was, how they would fix it plus they would do it within 24 hrs. It did not even take that long...in less than 4 hrs I received a call telling me that it was already fixed and I ended paying $250. I highly recommend this service and I wish all the best to these guys and their business!

My barely-a-year-old Lenovo crashed the first week of school in an endless wave of blue screens of death. Twelve hours of Googling solutions and crying did nothing. Krys not only fixed it in two hours, but also managed to keep me from having a total meltdown. He also went above and beyond to ensure that I wouldnt experience the same problem again and would be able to transition smoothly into using my computer immediately. The best!

My Chromebook was drenched with water and could barely function. After a few days (I know, I should have taken it in sooner), it started to work but the keys would stick making typing impossible (as someone who writes this is infuriating). The guys at Computer Answers were friendly and informative. Dmitry cleaned up the computer and now it works just as it did before. Very pleased with service and cost! Highly recommended.

Awesome awesome place. I went in because my mouse wasnt working and thankfully it was fixable with just a push of a few buttons and the problem was fixed in seconds. I dont know a lot about computers and Paul was very helpful and didnt charge me anything. my feeling is that these guys are honest and are just trying to run a good business. will definitely go back there if I have future computer problems

Excellent Service and highly recommended!! I just moved to New York and was having issues with my older PC. Brian was able to fix the hardware issues and update my computer accordingly. Different repair options were presented, and I am happy to have my computer working like new. I will be a returning customer should I have any future issues.

These guys are the best!! I cant recommend them enough. They are honest and smart ( hard to find both these days) and they will not take your money right away. They go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased with their service. I travel two boroughs just to get to them. Very very reasonably priced. AND...They are open 7 days a week!!

The most patient and understanding place. I brought in a MacBook that had serious issues. They spent a lot of time looking into it and when they found that they couldnt fix it they didnt charge me anything. They truly care about solving your issues and are not looking to rip you off. I cant say enough about Paul and Computer Answers. I needed an emergency solder repair at 6:30pm one night. I called Paul, and by 8:30pm he had done the repair. He did an outstanding soldering job, it worked perfectly. I will be back at Computer Answers for other things in the future!
