Shoes are lovely but, not the greetings. The staffs are very rude, disrespectful and they have a lot of attitude. The girls think they know everything but their mad dumb! Everyday I go they have different girls but they all are rude. For the second time I purchased heels they gave the same exact left pair of the heels. When I called them they didnt even bother to apologize. They started raising their voice saying "come tomorrow to change it". Not only that but when I asked them to bring my size the girl said "are you really going to buy it? I dont want to just bring it out." Terrible staff.

The girls have so much attitude. They gave me the shoes with two different sizes. And when I called to tell them that. They didnt even bother to say sorry. When we were trying the shoes, the worker goes, "If I bring you the size, will you buy it for $80?" What does that mean? So disrespectful.... Dont go there.

Nada the store manager was very helpful in getting my girlfriend the right shoe for our 1 month anniversary! My go to lady for my shoe needs!! I dont know anything about woman shoes and she was very helpful and patient with me!

The shop is beautiful but the seller Marina who is only one person in the boutique was very terrible. I love Aldo shoes but the service was to bad. I recomend you do npt come to shis location of Aldo.

Racist staff. There is always new people but, they are still racist. They dont help and just stare at you like they are making sure you dont steal anything. Shoes are lovely but, not the greetings.

Always find great styles here. Staff is helpful when making purchases. When it comes to returns depends on who you get sometimes they could be rude and annoyed that they need to do a return.
