This is by far the best place to get a shoe/boot repaired. I have a pair of boots that are very old school looking and very unique. I wore then often and they started falling apart. Im thinking its because of the material that they were made out of was more vintage material and thats what drew me to the boots in the first place. So the soles were starting to separate, and this is after year, I tried going back online to find where I bought them and I dont remember where I got them I looked all over thinking I would have to buy a new pair. Found nothing. Ive gone here a a couple times and had many of my shoes soles replaced, great job every single time.. Ive never seen anything like these boots.. LOVE THEM. As before he didnt disappoint. Joe took his time and , which was a a month or so, but it was a hard fix and he def ride to the challenge. Just got them back today and they look great. Even took time to tell me how I can better take care of them and how I need to treat them making sure I dont get them too hot or too cold or too wet.. Basically like suede. As I was given them back he went through everything that he fixed. Explained what the problem was and Im going to tell you he is so thorough and its great that theres people out there that still enjoy their craft and a really good at it. It took longer than I thought, but I couldnt care any less because of the amazing work and attention to detail I would recommend to anyone that needs a shoe fix a heel fixed or whatever come here. I have had these boots for 5+ years. Wear them every winter and they are my go to boots. Something I really like, discontinued, or hard to find. I have been told by other shoe repair guys that when the zipper goes, it will not be fixable. I have also been told that if I wear out the heel of the boots, thats it. So glad I was able to find this true craftsmen. He didnt only fix what was necessary, polished the boots.... he went above and beyond to clean the fux fur part of the boots!
