I want to start by saying that I LOVE shopping here! Everything is organized! Fresh! And clean!!! Staff is very friendly and helpful! They have everything I need and they are very good at listening to customers suggestions so I dont have to go else where. They make it a one stop shop! This is very convenient for me as I am always busy and on the run! I recommend this supermarket to everyone around the neighborhood! Sales are good and prices are fair. Management is friendly, understanding and professional. Everything is on point. Oh! And they also deliver!!!!! So cool! You guys rock!!!

Probably will rate this place 5 stars however Ive complained about the workers at the deli on several occasions to the management who also seemed to really not do much about it there is a short large woman in the deli who constantly gives me snooty looks and a very nasty attitude when Im making orders Ive witnessed her do it to other customers it sometimes prevents me from purchasing cold cuts and other items because I dont want to deal with her attitude over all I like the food and the service my husband and I always have a friendly good service for delivery

Overall bad management! One cashier in specific black hair maybe 2 days ago was horribly rude. Looked like she did not want to be working. They never have anything, and its getting too crowded with merchandise that does not fit in the STORE ! The Manager seems like he isnt help to any of the cashiers. Manager is never available. Cashiers leave the register so much I gotta wait atleast 30 Mins to get out of the store. They never have any cereal for WIC! This store needs someone who can take care of its employees and doesnt end up with the store closing down!

Often when I go I find that things Id like to get are out of stock and barely restocked, especially if that stuff happens to be on sale that week. Itd be nice if it was more obvious whats on sale too, because it doesnt seem like some of the sales are indicated in the aisles. It is convenient for our home, staff are friendly and the hours are great and they do have good prices on things like canned veggies, but theres definitely some room for improvement.

I shopped at Pioneer several times. No complaints. The last time I shopped, was the worst experience I had in my life. No matter how good and diverse your employees are, if you sell food that is rotting to people, you shouldnt sell it at all. While I was in the store, I saw moldy squash for sale. Unfortunately, with full trust of the super market, I bought 2 containers of opened unsealed chicken broth. Customer Service < Botulism toxin

Beyond the fresh produce, awesome rotisserie chickens, sandwiches, sweet combo cuts, mucho sales, plus the professionalism is above and beyond. No I am not family, but made to feel that way. My experiences at PIONEER leaves me wanting to yell " AZUCA " because the fine quality, variety of foods and the awesome convenience of all this being just across the from my home. It doesnt get sweeter than that

Recently moved to the area about three months ago. fresh fruits and vegetables.. Must agree the older women as cashiers are sometimes rude.. Other than Ive had polite cashiers. my bad encounters have been with the woman in the deli.. Her rude and nasty tone is very unprofessional and Impolite... This happens everytime I order food from the deli.. Other than that I like this super market

I only go here if I absolutely am crunched on time or in too much pain to walk to white plains. All produce from things like thyme &.potatoes to fruit, rotten! If you like fresh fruits & veggies, this is not the place. Occassional sales on ricotta, pastas, beans are cool but that can be found at all the other local spots w| much fresher variety.

I find that the empty bottles in the front stink up the store. I find it very unhealthy and unsanitary. I feel the management should do something about this because its not a pretty view and I wont want my food around garbage.
