I have ordered online and in the store. Usually when I have placed an order I receive it in a reasonable manner. I came into the store one day to exchange a dress. I went in to exchange a dress and ended up purchasing more items. On that particular day the person in the store appear to be the owner and her friend who is a stylist and they both were pleasant on this day. I had a great experience that I ended up ordering several pieces online while I was on vacation with the idea that the items will be delivered to my residences by the time I arrive back. I had an event to attend and that was the reason for my purchase. Fast forward to today. I have yet to receive the items I ordered. The boutique charged my card and have yet to inform me why there is a delay. Each call Ive made to this boutique the person who answers is rude and seems so over dealing with the public. My question to them have been "have my items shipped" and I was answered with a plain no with an attitude as if it was my fault the items were not in stock. You would think that they would send an email with an update as to why there is a delay in the order. No doubt that their clothing is beautiful but after all the money Ive spent with them and to be treated as if youre annoying and youre simply inquiring about your order is absurd. I would have loved to continue to shop here but after this I will take my coins elsewhere!!!!

If I can give it 0 stars I would. How I go into the store to exchange a dress that didnt fit. The only person working in the store didnt say hi, Welcome how can I help you today. An attitude not even a high school student would have. The person working in the store is the same person that in every picture on the business IG page modeling the clothing. All I wanted was a bigger size for a dress or store credit for another item. I had to run after her to help me. I had someone go into the store while on vacation to purchase dress last on stock and no receipt was given. The tag was on the dress and she couldnt say exchange it I didnt want my money back. All she said I cant do anything no exchange no return!!! Owner will be back tomorrow you can come back and talk to him?? She didnt even say what time he owner would be back. Never the hell again!! No more shopping online or uptown in these small stores that photoshop items. The material in person didnt look like the picture online. I am so disappointed yes I am out of $85 dollars but image a pearl top of $300 they need to reevaluate, customer service business. She didnt say good bye, here a business card with owner name, any type of solution. Was busy on the store system. Didnt assist me if I needed help trying on dress. I left the store without an exchange or store credit. After spending $85 dollars on a dress that doesnt fit!!!

HORRIBLE customer service. i saw this boutique on social media and immediately fell in love. The dress I wanted was;t available online. I drove 55 mins to the Bronx to discover a small space with what appeared to be 2-3 sales associates. No one greeted me walking in, just stared at me , looking through the racks, no assistance or care if I may need help. I asked of a item I saw on their instagram, they let me no it was no longer in stock, I asked about a size out loud in the small space, no one bothered to turn around, the female associate let me know what they have out is all they have. I didnt like the ambiance, or the feeling I had trying to find my dress in there, I didnt even want to try anything on. I was prepared to buy two dresses, and left annoyed with the service and the drive I just took. Social Media makes it easy for anyone to sell their items, and gain a following, but people forget that in order to run a business you must appeal to your customer, and when theres no leverage its obvious, they dont care about anything but income. So disappointed.

The worst. I drove all the way from Jersey to try on their body jewelry tops. As Im trying one on I go to take a picture to send to my mum and girlfriend for their thoughts (as usual) and the male associates says "you cant take pictures." Im like uh ok. That was really irritating but I continued shopping. When I go to hang the top up he insists on doing it for me. I go to try on the pearl top and he say "you cant try that one on cause its too fragile." Im like well how will I know if it fits or not. He looks st my body and snickers "its one size" meanwhile two other women associates are manning the door like some kind of security. Saks 5th avenue attitudes with Fashion Nova quality merchandise. These people need a reality check. This store is down the street from a road lined with trash and littered with dog poop. I really intended on dropping $100 for one of those body jewelry pieces but was more than happy to keep my money.

This store offers online ordering where they provide no accurate information whether they even have the item you order. Once your order is placed, they immediately take the payment but dont even bother to call you and let you know they dont have the item you ordered. They suggested I go all the way to the store to check out other items. Customer service is terrible because the employees have the worst attitudes Ive ever seen. I ended up requesting a refund and they denied it offering me store credit. Luckily I paid thru paypal. They seriously had the nerve to tell me to call Paypal and go thru with a claim to get my money. Stores are supposed to take their payment when they have the item in hand and are ready to ship, not before! Their online store is a front for them to steal from people. Horrible place!

My sister recommended me this store and had me use one of the dresses she bought which fit like a glove. I love their style BUT the service sucks. I ordered a dress a a week ago for a party and it still has not arrived. I called the store the day after I bought it and she told me itd be here in 3-5 days ... yeah its still not here. I called 5 days later and she tells me it hasnt even been shipped out. Which I think is so irresponsible. I had to put an outfit together last minute due to the fact that my dress didnt show up on time. My advice to you guys is to avoid ordering here if its for an important event. Either go and pick it up yourself or order from houseofcb honestly.
