Bad experience. Bought a wallet for my wife (Valentines day gift). Shop assistant with prince Charles attitude. Didnt say anything literally wrong, but the all his manners, voice, tone were definitely "why am I doing this while I should be attending high tea with mother queen" kind. Not the politeness I experienced before in other Cartier stores.

Visited Cartier, and the only way I can describe it is amazing. A gentleman by the name of Simon Yao is extremely knowledgable on the companys watches. If you have any inquiries on horology, he is the one to speak to. Great guy!
