Thought my cable for my phone and car wasnt working. Victoria checked it out and it was working. She asked me to pull my car up in front of the store. I did so and she came out (there werent any other customers at the time) and explained to me how to work the blue tooth with my car. Victoria was FANTASTIC and so very patient. Radio Shack has a fantastic employee.
