My cell phone was bent, I am talking a near 90° angle. The supposed extended warranty I purchased for it, denied my claim. Leaving me with a non-functional phone I was still paying off. Bob wasnt surprised by the manufacturers lack of coverage and unwillingness to work with me. Bob told me he would see what he could do, when he called me I expected him to tell me it was a lost cause, yet all he said was my phone was ready. When I arrived and was presented with my phone, I could hardly believe it was the same phone. He had completely repaired it, I was staring at a miracle in his hands and the miracle worker himself is the most modest down to earth fellah youll meet. CPR became my go to place for phone repairs that day. Ive gone to them more than once now and they care in ensuring the device you receive from their care is meet with the highest standards. Might I add not only are they skilled technicians with smart phones and tablets, but with PCs and gaming devices. Truly a Triple "A" Business!

We have used this CPR for repairing my familys phones several times. Their prices are on par with other repair services (or slightly cheaper in some cases) and their service has always been excellent in my interactions with them. Once they even repaired an item at no cost (they opened my daughters iphone, saw that it was slightly bent, bent it back slightly and the phone could see the carriers signal again ). Weve used them to get carrier signal restored after a phone drop lost it, replace a wifi antenna, and replace a screen. I have no hesitations where I go to repair my phones anymore, its straight to CPR where I know Ill get a quality job at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience they told me my phone would be ready in 2hrs. I returned to pick up my phone at the end of the day and it was not fixed. He promised it the following day and once again nothing. Six days later and no phone call from the company informing me as to what was going on with my device, they finally called to tell me that the tech broke the LCD screen on the phone while trying to replace the cracked screen. So what started out as a $55 job turned into $150 service. Customer service was horrible and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Was one of the best experiences Ive ever had dealing with cell phones. Anyone whos ever bought a phone or had to get one repaired knows that its an absolute nightmare. I never write reviews for anything but seriously doing anything involving phones is so annoying. Coming to CPR was such a breath of fresh air. It was cheap, it was quick, and the man helping me was super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone for any problem with your phone whatsoever.

I had my screen replaced on my Droid Turbo by CPR about 4 months ago and today the screen popped off. I called CPR and they told me "Dont push the screen down and bring it to the shop". I asked how long it will take to fix it and they told me it will be at least 5 days until the screen comes in. So basically I have to go without a phone that I NEED for work because of their garbage repair to my phone. Thanks for nothing.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy S4 to your Neptune shop a week ago with a non-functioning WiFi. Your technicians have been very patient and persistent in trying to uncover the root cause. While the WiFi capability has been restored for now---after one apparent false-start solution---theres already been a next step identified in case the failure should reoccur. Theres no quit in you guys, and Im impressed by that!

I cant express how much im grateful for the service i received from CPR. I live a good half an hour away from there and i show up 10 minutes before closing and need my screen fixed. that day i needed to travel and didnt want to be phoneless and CRP fixed my phone even tho he would had to stay late and did it with a smile. definitely will be sending friends to this store and talking highly of it!

Someone from work referred me to CPR and I have gone there on several occasions to have company equipment repaired. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a problem. We had a fairly new phone that wouldnt turn on and though it took some time the guys at CPR got it to work and were able to retain all the information inside the phone.

THANKS CHRIS. My sister does not speak and completely relies on her blackberry and computer. Her BB keyboard needed to be replaced. She contacted them via email/messenger, got an almost immediate response. CPR got the keyboard from their other store and a 30 minute labor time and it was fixed. GREAT SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. Problem with my wifes phone we discuss the options they didnt seem to try to take advantage in anyway they said they would try to fix the phone for a very fair price and it happened to work out that way, no up Chargers highly recommended
