I purchased these rotors and pads from Prime Choice Auto Parts. After installing them, they started to squeak after 6000KMs. I emailed them to get a replacement. Worst customer service ever. Ive been corresponding with them for about a week with no resolution. Each time a new customer service agent replies and demands additional question/information about the car. The most recent request is "...For us to expedite your claim, please provide us the photo of the item off of your vehicle for us to confirm that the item is no longer in use. Or a hand written note (on letterhead or invoice paper) from a licensed mechanic stating that the item is defective." I rely on this car to commute to and from work. There is a 6 month warranty and they are delaying it. I purchased these rotors and pads from Prime Choice Auto Parts. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They dont even deserve 1 star, but I had no other choice.

I am a Paramedic / Firefighter and use my vehicle personal vehicle to respond to incidents from as little as a water main break to a motor vehicle collision and even cardiac arrests. It is very important that I am able to fix it without delays. So far I am on order 3/3 with VERY VERY poor customer service. My first order (1/3) Prime Choice sent me defective wheel bearings x2 and I spent 2 hours on the phone with their "customer service" representative whom I had to argue with about their return policy. The representative was confused about the return process and did not understand that in their policy they stated a mechanics report is sufficient evidence of a defective part. After spending that time and two phones calls because their system "Dropped my call" they finally put the refund through. On my second order (2/3) I utilized the fitment tool and ordered two new hub bearings and two new rotors. I spent two hours taking the vehicle apart only to find out that the parts did not fit. I called "Customer Service" again and told them the parts did not fit and that I would like to speak with a manager. They said a manager would call me back in an hour which they never did. I called them back today and they stated they would wave the 15% restocking fee but the shipping was up to myself which I assume will be close to $50.00. Ive been ordering parts for 6 years and had no problems up until now. The lack of customer service is astonishing. You can tell they went from a small customer oriented store to a large all-about-the-money institution. I am ordering 3/3 as I have no choice and hope the parts will actually fit. I am very very shocked and disappointed with this company. What a shame.

Prime Choice Auto Parts makes an untrue claim to performing secure online transactions to prevent credit-card fraud. It is also NOT a Better Business Bureau accredited company. I fell victim to three fraudulent transactions, posted on the same day by Prime Choice. Dealing with this company cannot possibly be safe, based on my experience. THREE individual orders of identical amounts were placed by someone fraudulently using my credit card. This occurred on Saturday, Oct. 1, and I reported the transactions to Prime Choice on the same day, immediately after being notified by my the issuer of my credit card (PayPal/MasterCard). I contacted Prime Auto Parts via email, because no customer service representative was available to speak with me. The emails I received in return, from four different "representatives" of the company, assured me that the situation had been addressed. Today, Monday, Oct. 3, I spoke with a Prime Choice manager who told me that the orders were processed THIS MORNING, and that the products had shipped to the person or persons who committed the fraud. A company that conducts business 24/7 online, and does not have strong measures in place to respond to fraud in a timely fashion, is AS A MATTER OF FACT not safe to deal with. Buyer beware. And steer clear of this company.

Bad experience, website doesnt function properly. I ordered a curved 52" light bar, after i picked my bar, site goes to vehicle verification, after that it doesnt give full description of your order. I even tried it 3 times. Light bar came in, it was a straight bar, i called Joyce at Prime choice and she continually argued with me, saying i ordered a straight bar. That wasnt the problem, problem was, for their mixup, they charged me shipping charge back. If youre in the business of online orders, let people see a full description of what they ordered, but if youre not, assume the responsibility of paying shipping for misorders. I told her, are you sure you wanna do this, cause if i pay $15 to ship yalls mistake back, Ill never use Prime Choice again. She verified id have to pay shipping back, not only pay shipping back, but take on full responsibility, that they get their wrongly shipped product back undamaged. I could have ordered the same light bar at Ebay or Amazon, for a few dollars cheaper, i though id give the smaller online shipper a chance. Wont happen again.

I have been using Prime Choice via their EBAY store for almost 3 years now. Over this time, having rebuilt entire front ends on Pontiac G6s, Grand Prix, including struts, A arms, stabilizer links, tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings " look around they usually sell a package deal" to complete brake jobs with pads, rotors, "standard and slotted", to headlight housings for the prixs, and Chevy suburbans, "come with harnesses and bulbs and yes they even have working adjusters, window motors, regulators, radiators........EVERYTHING over the years have added up to $1,000s in savings, everything has fitted properly, all orders have been shipped and received in 2-3 days, I have not had an issue yet with these folks. The only thing I have noticed is in the listings they will have identical parts for the same application at different prices so do some looking around. Regardless, ALL parts have worked as they should, have held up over time and I never hesitate to buy from them.

On August 12, 2016, I ordered front and rear rotors along with front brake pads for a BMW 745LI. I received front brake pads with rear rotors on Friday, August 19,2016. Monday, August 22, 2016, I contacted the company and was told, get this, UPS noticed that the front rotors were damaged and sent them back to the company, yet they never notified me of anything and said they were waiting for me to call them. Supposedly they sent out another set of front rotors, which I was suppose to receive them Friday August 26th 2016 I called them on Saturday, August 27, 2016, they said I should receive them by Tuesday August 30th 2016. I still have yet to receive them. I will contact eBay to let them know as well do not ever order from this company because it appears they take your money and dont send you the merchandise. Very poor business practices.
