I purchased my battery today and asked for free installation. The clerk Amber checked out my hood and claimed they couldnt do it because it has the fuse or whatever. She told me to go to an automobile for installation but they didnt accept customer own parts. I went home, watched a youtube video and replaced the battery easily within 15mins. And Ive never done it! One more thing, the in store stock that I saw online was not accurate.

I would like to thank Shane and the other young man that HELPED us tonight 6 / 10 at 8: 30 we rolled in there with our truck losing radatetor fluid and they made sure we had EVERYTHING we needed and then some I couldnt think of a better place to stop .we just paid $16.21 and got a million dollar service. Thank you so so very much . We owe you . We got home safe couldnt of done it with out you guys .

5 people in line on a Sunday afternoon. Two workers were standing in the back talking about how they were going to stock shelves while we all stood there waiting on two cashiers. Finally, one person came over to check more people out. I stood in line longer than it took me to select the stuff I needed. This wasnt the first time this happened. Bottom line, not customer oriented.

Customer service goes a long way. I made an online order and went in the store for a pick-up. The sales person Amber R. Had a rotten attitude. Because of her I will not be using this store any time soon.

Called, was put on hold for 6 min. Hung up called back and got an answer. I guess they dont talk among themselves to get customers off hold. But at least they did have my part in stock.
