Ordered an arrangement two days AFTER mothers day to avoid the holiday delivery horrors. Quite disappointed with the delivery, I paid an extra $13.99 on a $100+ order, only for it to be left on my mothers porch because she wasnt home at the time of delivery. Okay - before i got upset, I called the store I ordered from to ask about the delivery policy. Young lady who answered said if noone was home, they redeliver at a later time. So when i explained that my mothers arrangement was left on her porch for 2 plus hours, she apologized (not in a caring tone) and said i could bring it back to the store to get a new one. If I paid $13.99 for DELIVERY, why would I drive back to that store for a replacement????? In all, DONT order from this location. I cant vouch for others, but I would hope they follow their own delivery policies. I asked to speak to a manager, and was given the excuse/reason that he is "in a meeting." An hour later no return call.....

Horrible....I think their slogan should be When you couldnt be bothered or just dont care pick edible arrangements. I chose this place to bring a fathers day gift to my husband, and I requested for it to arrive before 12 noon. After waiting an extra 20 minutes I called customer service. Their response was on special occasions delivery can be anytime between 8am-9pm. Who has time to wait all day for this to arrive. Isnt special occasions what their business is? I had to cancel the order, I have yet to see if they reimburse or not. I was left without a gift for my husband. Like I said when you dont care when it arrives, have all the time in the world to wait for it, and it is not an important occasion pick this company. Very disappointed with the service. I would give it a big fat zero.

This place is TERRIBLE!! They didnt deliver on the day it was scheduled for but sent an email claiming it was "successfully delivered" when it actually was not! The customer service person was absolutely rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional! Acted annoyed and unsympathetic to the situation! First and LAST TIME I ever buy a gift from this place. Very disorganized and unprofessional!! The gift was intended to be a surprise birthday gift and these people completely ruined it!!

This is my 3rd and last bad experience with this location. Now to beat the previous times, they dont even answer the phone. They didnt delivered my order and regardless I put a claim in the corporate number they still havent refunded my money. Never again will order from this place. I shouldve known better when I saw the rating on this location.

Pretty upset right now, since I placed an order to be delivered today to my girlfriend and got a confirmation email and everything and never got delivered. Also called the facility 20 plus times and they never answered the phone. I hope they can give me an explanation tomorrow since I will be calling again. Horrible experience!!!

Sent a funeral arrangement which the family was delighted with and said fruits were delicious and again today sent a get well arrangement which was equally enjoyed. The employees were gracious and helpful and delivery was quick. I am very happy with the service from the Woodbridge location
