Terrible!!! If I could give this place negative stars I would :/ My husband sent me an arrangement for Valentines Day which he ordered online he was given the option of GOOD (12 roses), BETTER (18 roses) or BEST (24 roses) so he opted for Best which came to almost $100. I only received a dozen roses which were already half dead and wilted, in addition to that the note that arrived with the flowers was hand written on an INDEX CARD with a snack size package of fruit snacks stapled to it?!?! I called 3 times and finally was told that they would do nothing about this and that the owner refused to address the issue or give me a refund and was told to "take it up with my credit card company." I even offered to bring back the flowers and show them what I had received and I was told there was no point because they werent going to help me reguardless. We will never order from here again!!! Terrible flowers and even worse customer service.

Ordered flowers to cheer up a relative after knee replacement surgery. What she received didnt look anything like what I ordered. Colors were bright rather than pastel, clashed terribly instead of harmonizing. Fortunately I ordered through a group we belong to, so customer service was helpful, saying they would arrange redelivery. Instead, Green Grove Fruit and flower called the recipient and asked a bunch of questions, then told the group representative that recipient loved flowers she got.

I wanted to check on the delivery status for something that was supposed to be delivered at 10AM and he automatically says its out for delivery before I give him the name or the address.
