NIGHTMARE! They stole our money! We ordered an arrangement for a friend whose mom had passed and after having called them and emailed them several times because the friend never received the arrangement, they finally called back 2 weeks later to say they didnt know what happened to the order because it was in fact delivered. Some rude, ignorant man who says theres no way he could be wrong because he delivered it yelled on the phone then HUNG UP ON ME. When I called back and asked why he hung up on he says because we had nothing else to discuss. He couldnt even confirm whether he handed the flowers to a person or if he delivered it to the doorstep. Yet, he knows for sure, hes not wrong that it was delivered. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I did not know of a florist in the area to deliver to Carteret, NJ. I found Addalias on the web and called, I spoke to Christine who was extremely helpful and understood my needs, she took the time to search on the web for a particular arrangement I had seen and was able to accomodate my request and have the arrangement delivered to Carteret, since they normally did not deliver to Carteret. Our friends who received our arrangement were very pleased. Thank you so much Addalias for accomodating us, I will definitely contact you in the future!

Skip & Addalias Flowers are the BEST! my Bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were stunning! The colors were perfectly on point all around! When i walked into my ballroom and saw the center pieces i couldnt believe how beautiful!!! Thank you so much Skip for making all my floral visions for my wedding come true! Addailias supplied my wedding flowers this past year. I have never been so pleased in my life... the flowers were beautiful and the people I dealt with at the shop were very accomodating. They made whatever i asked for. I plan on getting all my flowers from Addalias from now on, funerals, get wells, and my grave blankets.
