I ordered flowers and balloons for my wifes birthday online through their website. Paid a premium upgrade charge to have a bigger bouquet made. Wife sent me a picture of the flowers when they were delivered and they should be disgraced at what they sent. The vase was almost bigger than the bouquet and the balloons were wrong. When I called to voice my fustration, they didnt want to offer any type of solution until I started to ask for a refund. On top of all that, they werent even the ones that made the bouquet and delivered the flowers! I was informed that they do not deliver to my area (which was 15 mins from their shop) and they sub it out to a local florist AND THEY EVEN CHARGED ME A DELIVERY CHARGE !!...I could have ordered from a florist in my area, if I would have been informed of that when I called when they opened to confirm my order and delivery time!!...The surprise was already ruined and they didnt want to make it right, which would have been a full refund. Avoid this florist unless you want to pay more than other florist charge and have to deal with this rip off operation...for this type of service youll be better off using 1800 flowers.

I had such a wonderful experience. I needed to send some flowers delivered at the last minute as a surprise and Diane helped me with my order. She was courteous, patient, upbeat and thorough. I requested a particular time slot for arrival and it they were so quick, the bouquet arrived before my requested time. My girlfriend loved the flowers--I chose "Little Pink Me Up" bouquet. Also, after a couple of weeks, the flowers are still holding up very nice. Give this place a try. I recommend them and I will definitely be calling again in the future.

I like going to this place because they are always careful to cater to your needs and always make recommendations based on the event and the likes of the person. The flowers are a little more expensive than if you got them from say a supermarket but they are also nicer than the ones your get there and they seem to last longer too. I highly recommend this place if you need flowers for an occasion or just because you want to surprise someone special.

Flowers were delivered in a little over half an hour from when I placed the order online and my girlfriend absolutely loved them. I would say the arrangement looked at least as good if not better than the sample photo online. I highly recommend this florist and will definitely use again for future surprise deliveries.
