Dizzle KidZ !!

Cannot believe this place has 5 stars! Its the only reason I chose them. Absolute horrible service. I went online to their site this morning at 9:25 am to have flowers delivered for valentines. Picked what I want, put in all my information, address, credit card, billing address. Got confirmation email as soon as completed which confirmed my order and delivery. At 3:30pm a received a call and voice mail saying I needed to call about order, they needed more information and some of the flowers were not available. When I called at 4:30 they said they needed my credit card information over phone and that they had no more availability for deliveries today? Are you kidding me? Why would you put people at risk and have them submit sensitive information over internet if you dont process it and make customers call to give information. Thats just horrible. The are not an ecommerce site but give the appearance of one and obviously cannot handle the volume on special occasions. I place my order and got a call 6 hours later. Would not recommend this place ever and would never give them my business.

I am seriously impressed on how my order for a memorial service was handled! I was late in ordering and that was no problem. I had an exact type of idea of floral arrangement and THAT was no problem. The Florist delivered on time to the event and even called me that they did delivered. I arrived and saw the beautiful arrangement exactly the way I wanted and they went beyond my expectations. I had been looking for a better Florist since the ones that are near me that I had liked are closed down! Flowers and More...You are the best!!

I orderred a birthday Flowers in a vase for my mom on the same day, and they got it there fairly quickly. The flowers were beautiful and surprisingly lasted longer than what we are accustomed to. They did substitute certain flowers (as shown on website picture) but I guess I had to specify exactly what I wanted. Overall, id definitely order again and a couple of days in advance.

I orderred a large funeral basket for my inlaws. I was happy with the arrangement as it was what I had asked for. Could have used more flowers, but they did use high end flowers as substitute, so I cant complain much. Hopefully, they do a good job again the next time we need them.

Spent time and energy and met with them for flowers for my wedding. I was told I was going to get a quote within a week. They never emailed a quote despite me emailing them several times. Completly wasted my time and lost my business. Flaky.
