Just went over to purchase a bouquet of long stem roses for a college graduate. They did not have the colors we were looking for. So we opted for what they suggested. The counter person then states they could not make our bouquet because the "flower arranger" was not present. At this point we didnt need it to look pretty just have 12 long stem roses wrapped nicely in some decorative or clear wrap. (A flower shop employee should at least know how to do this.) He refused to make the order for us because he didnt want to ruin a floral bouquet for our order, since he was not skilled, and proceeded to state that he cannot have us walk around with that product because they have a reputation to uphold. This is a shame because they do have beautiful flowers but we will now put our good money elsewhere because of the snooty attitudes and lack of customer consideration! Im just appalled that a flower shop refused to make a bouquet!!!

I went into the store after speaking to the flower designer over the phone to talk more about my order. A young man was there, saw me come in and kept talking on the phone for a good 10 mins before acknowledging my presence. After I asked him for the floral designer, he said she was out and didnt know when she would return. He was unable to give me pricing for any of the flowers because he said it depended on who was doing the flowers!!! Not very trustworthy way of running things. Then after I left my name and number for a return call, or appointment - I never received a call back!

I was referred to this shop. I was looking to get the flowers for my wedding there. I called once and nobody called me back. I stopped by and the designer wasnt in... her son was not able to tell me when she would be around.... but promised me a call back. Nothing..... I called again (yes, I never learn) and he said he remembered me and that he would get me an appt with the designer but never called me... I am taking my money to another shop... so poor customer service...I wonder how they stay in business.

I love this store , I did my wedding and my daughters sweet 15 and have no problem at all, they did beautiful arrangement for the church and for the party as well.The flowers are fresh and they have a beautiful tast.They did exactly and more from wath i whant.Im so sorry for the other people that could insist to contact them.For me they were great all the time.
